We ordered the side walls because of rain and wind forecast (it poured!) and we were very happy as they all had arched clear windows with panes. The 10 round tables and 84 padded chairs were also in great shape and did not sink into the ground. The communication was spot on, he responded to every question and add-on, the porta potty was clean. I booked the specific inflatable(under the Sea) for our Disney themed party as it had a clown fish…read moreresembling Nemo. Also it was one fee to have the inflatable for the entire weekend where others wanted to deliver and pick up the same day. The delivery came while I was at work and my wife was at home. she stated that at first the gentlemen on the delivery were friendly. But when she was trying to explain where and how she wanted the item placed and facing that a couple of the guys became frustrated and not as friendly. she had called me and explained that the inflatable did not match the one we ordered, but due to the increased frustration of the workers she didn't feel comfortable asking them about the mistake. The next day when I came home from work I verified that the slide didn't match what I had ordered and I sent an email in. Even had the item matched what we ordered it was very worn with multiple tears in the material and the netting. there was no spray hose attached to wet the slide, and it was very dirty. In fact my kids feet and clothing were covered with dirt in just 5 minutes of playing on it. However the response was very quick to my email and stated that they would be bringing the item that was actually ordered the next day to switch them out. I was pleased to hear that and I received a call the next day toward the end of the work day asking if it would be ok to deliver the replacement the morning after that(which was actual party day). While I was hesitant as I didn't want any issues the day of the party I ultimately agreed as the gentleman assured me it would be there no later than 0800am. The next day they arrived a little after 9am(late but still before the party). They switched them out quickly and were on their way. The replacement was indeed what we had ordered. The condition was still a bit worn but acceptable. It was however filled with wet leaves probably from a previous rental which we eventually cleaned and blew out ourselves. During the party we hooked up the water to spray the slide. The spray hose however seemed to be broken as it just sprayed a single stream of water out into the air rather than down onto the slide itself. Overall we made it work and the kids had fun, but I would say the experience wasn't 5 stars. If it weren't for the quick response and willingness to switch out the items I probably wouldn't try renting from Spatola again, but since they did, I would try one more time, but until then I also wouldn't make a recommendation to others to use them until I have another experience myself.

My daughter used Spatola's for her wedding and there were many red flags. She ordered chairs and…read moreround tables for the wedding. 1. The day before delivery, the company contacted her saying they could not find the 14 round tables. They said they could bring rectangle tables and tablecloths, since she had already ordered linen tablecloths for the round tables. She said we needed 10 rectangle tables. 2. The company was to deliver the tables and chairs Friday, the day before the wedding, between 12-2pm. They arrived at 7pm. 3. Upon arrival, two of the workers were obviously high. 4. And they brought 8 rectangle tables, not the 10 she ordered. When my daughter called to tell them she ordered 10 tables and not 8, the woman on the phone argued with her. My daughter was calling from her rehearsal dinner. 5. Because of the substitution of rectangle tables instead of round tables, the company did provide tablecloths. Just cheap plastic ones. Because of the company not being able to "find" the round tables she ordered, the reception looked more like a cafeteria and not like the elegant reception the bride planned. Needless to say, I would not recommend this company at all.
