If I could give this company 10 stars, I would. Mr. Big Bounce was my first experience with renting a bounce house and I will never use anyone else but them! First off, it was so easy to rent, reserve, and pay all via their website. I was able to choose from a plethora of bounce houses. I had no idea there were so many choices! Unfortunately, less than 24 before our reservation we had a family emergency. I contacted Mr. Bounce, who responded to me within a few hours, and rescheduled our bounce house without any issue at all. He was extremely compassionate and understanding. The men who came and setup our bounce house were prompt, attentive, and kind. My 2 year old son and I got to watch them blow up the bounce house! It probably took them less than 10 minutes. Top notch. We had the house from about 9:30 AM until almost 7 PM. The same guys showed up to take it down and were done, again, in under 10 minutes. Totally worth the money. We had an entire day of pure joy and my husband and I only had to reserve and pay for it. Mr. Big Bounce and his crew took care of everything. Simply amazing! We have used Mr Big House 3 or 4 times and every time has been a great experience. The website is easy to navigate and book a bounce house unlike others that you have to call the business just to determine what bounce houses are even available for the date you want. Recently, we rented a water slide bounce house. Mr Big Bounce was concerned that the slide may be delayed on a busy Saturday with 35 rentals so they decided to drop it off and set it up the night before at no extra charge! ***I would like to preface this review by saying that I am not the customer who hired this company, I was a guest at a birthday party where a bounce house was to or present.*** Beware! Employees of this company are either not trained or simply do not care about the well being or their patrons. The bounce house has a large warning label stating that it is not to be set up on damp grounds as it can result in injury, however this was left after raining for 2 days and a good chance of rain that day. My friend had hired this company for a bounce house for her daughter's 5th birthday party. Sadly they were unable to use it due to rain, but when they asked if they could either get a refund minus delivery and set up fees or a rain check they were refused. After looking closer at the contract the company provided it states that if inclement weather was predicted it was up to the company to reschedule, this was not done, they came out and dropped it off and left. When they came back to collect the bounce house the employees who came were, to say unprofessional is a wild understatement. They began shouting and verbally assaulting my friends, some of their neighbors, and myself, when asked again about a refund or raincheck. This was bad enough in itself, but this all took place at a 5 year old's birthday party. This is the 3rd time we've rented from them and I can say there is no point in looking anywhere else! We have rented tables, chairs and inflatables and all of our parties have been a hit. Yesterday we rented the inflatable slip-n-slide for my sons graduation party and it was well worth it - the kids and adults played on it all afternoon. It is worth mentioning that the slip-n-slide was added to the contract 1 day before the event, which is great that they could accommodate us seeing as how it ended up being 92deg outside! We rented the 40' obstacle course for my daughters party and couldn't have been more pleased. Even though there was a $50 delivery charge because of the distance needed to travel to our event, his prices were still better than the competitors. Quick timely set up, no deposit required. We had a party for our daughter. It was on unseasonably hot and the night before the party I called and asked if they had a blow up slip and slide. They were able to get one on the truck in the morning and accommodate us before our late morning party started. We are very happy with them. Highly recommended! read more

Great company, service and employees. We got a quote online and were debating about doing a bounce house because we were at a park that already had a playground. Then, the day before the party we realized many of the kids that were coming were little, and it would be hard for the parents the let the little ones walk over to the playground which, while close, was not directly next to the lodge. So, I called that morning (on a Sunday no less) for a 2:00 delivery. Mr. Big Bounce was awesome, very accommodating of a last minute request, and made our party so much better for the little kids (and the not so little ones). Plus, by the end of the party, our kids were all covered in sticky candy and their feet filthy with grass and dirt, and I felt bad and apologized to them for all the debris inside the bounce house. They were super professional, cleaned everything out thoroughly and were very understanding. I'm not so sure I would rent from someone who got a quote, canceled their reservation then called at the last minute to reschedule a rental, so that shows he is a very willing to work with customers.
