I did get a phone call the day before the party and confirmed the time frame of drop off and set up would be between 12-12:30pm. I paid for a bounce house as well as paid for staff to stay throughout the party to watch the bounce house. The day of the party, no one showed up at the time they would so of course I had to reach out. It was 1pm and the person said his dad is in traffic but would be there soon. He didn't arrive until 2pm and by the time he finished setting up, it was 2:30pm. During the party, he didn't really watch the kids and even had to tell me he needed to leave early to pick up another bounce house that was an hour away. I had to ask the venue to allow him to leave the bounce house until the next day. Luckily, the venue agreed but that shouldn't have been my responsibility. So not only did he arrive late, he also left early. I reached out for a partial refund for the tardiness and early leave for what I paid for staff to stay. I did not get anything back. Such a disappointment. The only plus side was that the bounce house was clean and looked well maintained.

I have been in customer service for 12 plus yrs and when customers typically have a problems normally the right response would be to apologize and try to fix the problems. The lady wanted to tell me they never had this problems and discredited my issues. She continued the rudeness even after I proved the issues. They came to pick up the used still wanted me to pay full price.

We added the Foam cannons in addition to the slides and bouncy house and once the music turned on the kids and many of the parents were having an amazing time in the foam!!! Delmy and her husband are so friendly and outgoing. They were engaging with the attendees and really kept the 4th of July Vibes high the whole time. We changed the location of the "Kids Zone" from a flat piece of land to a water basin within the community with a large hill as the entrance. The team did not bat an eye and got to work with getting the items down into the basin and used all of their muscle to get them out of the basin at the end of the event. They are always a pleasure to work with and Delmy shared with me the cleaning process they do since so many of the parents commented that the slides we so shiny and looked new. Delmy shared that they take their time cleaning each and every one of their slides and it shows in how great they look. Help with securing kayaks: Michelle and her friend helped my partner and I secure kayaks to the car, and were patient with us as we figured out the best way to get them stacked and loaded. Flexibility: Michelle was flexible to our needs and allowed us to keep the kayaks as long as we wanted, and was there to give us the kayaks and coordinate the drop off as well. Straightforward pricing: Pricing was clear and straightforward and just as stated on the website and in all communication with Michelle. The Kayaks were $45 for a full day of use! Convenient location to Payson and Willow Lake: We were staying in Payson, and the kayak pick-up and drop off point was incredibly convenient.
