We rented one of the small houses that fit comfortably in our double car garage and it easily accommodated my daughter and her three preschool classmates. It was a perfect solution to a COVID appropriate celebration during the rainy weather. Booking online was very easy and the pricing was so reasonable that I was initially skeptical of it. John communicated well with delivery timing, set up was done efficiently, the rules and instructions were reviewed, and John did an on-site sterilization in addition to the one done prior to delivery. The entire process was professional and pleasant from start to finish. The only downside is that I didn't know about Bounce House NW last summer, they have several larger options with water features available and it would have been fantastic to rent one of those during the really hot days summer. I worked with a lot of vendors for my wedding. My bride and I are in our 40s so we knew there would be lots of kids. We were at McMenamins Roadhouse in December for our wedding in a tent so the bouncy castle had to be outside. We wanted a bounce house for our first dance/bounce and a bounce house for the kids. Obviously we thought this was a long shot. However, upon talking with Bouncehouse NW they assured us with a tent and a generator and an 8x8 all provided by them we could have a bounce house outdoors at night. They talked with McMenamins- tried to convince us to get two, convinced McMenamins it was ok- came up with a plan, sent a confirmation text and e-mail the day before and trouble shooted the day of. None of our other wedding vendors did any of that. They were more professional than the Tux rental place, our bakers, and caterers.
