    Title: A Disastrous Wedding Experience…read more Rating: (1/5) I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with LGS Events and Party Rental for my wedding ceremony, and I must say it was an absolute disaster. Not only did they forget to deliver the essential wedding chairs and an architect, but they also exhibited a shocking lack of communication throughout the entire ordeal. This review serves as a cautionary tale to anyone considering working with this company for their special day. The troubles began when it became apparent that the much-needed wedding chairs and architect were missing from the ceremony venue. As a result, our guests were left waiting uncomfortably, unsure of what was happening. The only silver lining during this frustrating time was the hotel shuttle buses, which kindly offered cool air and shade to our guests. However, this gesture was in no way the responsibility of the rental company and instead a result of the hotel's considerate staff. The lack of communication from LGS Events and Party Rental added insult to injury. They failed to provide any updates or information to the wedding party, leaving us in the dark about when or if the chairs and arch would ever arrive. This lack of accountability and professionalism is simply unacceptable, especially on such an important day. Ultimately, the groom was forced to make the difficult decision to proceed with the wedding ceremony, even without the chairs and the arch. As a result, all the expenses we incurred for flowers and arrangements to decorate the non-existent arch and chairs went to waste. It was a heartbreaking moment, as the vision we had for our special day was shattered due to the negligence of LGS rental team. The overall experience with LGS Events and Party Rental was nothing short of a nightmare. Their failure to deliver crucial elements of our wedding ceremony not only caused delays and frustration but also led to wasted expenses. The lack of communication demonstrated their disregard for their clients' needs and left us feeling abandoned on a day that was meant to be full of joy and celebration. I strongly advise anyone considering working with LGS Events and Party Rental to proceed with caution. Their inability to fulfill their commitments and their complete disregard for customer service have left a lasting negative impression on us. Planning a wedding is stressful enough, and a company that fails to deliver on its promises only adds unnecessary complications and heartache to the process. My hope is that this review serves as a warning to others, prompting them to carefully consider alternative options before entrusting their special day to LGS Events and Party Rental . ***Imagine how much better this wedding would have looked with the arch and chairs we asked for and would have gladly paid for. Shame that photos now look like some slapstick gathering.

    Seriously, friends, use them! Ask for Sarah!…read more Let's back up to 2024 when my daughter became engaged. I decided to throw her an engagement party and rented a 20x30 tent and about 5 tables and chairs, as well as tablecloths. It was great being able to have them pick everything up and take the tent down. Little did I know that my daughter would, 1 year later have a wedding on the property (October 2025). GREAT! Now, we went form the little tent to a 60x tent and 100 guests! I wasn't as thrilled with the person I worked with the first time but when I spoke to Sarah, she was just amazing so for about 9 months, I worked with her. She has the patience of an angel! I ordered this, this, this, this, then that, that, that, that, and then no longer needed this or that, but wanted to add that, oh, wait, now we need this, oh, wait, now we need that! Yet, she just went right along with it. She was amazing! Basically, we ended up with the 40 x 60 tent, a dozen long tables, 100 chairs, a bar, trash cans, extension cords, and I'm sure more, but I don't recall the rest. The reason Sarah was so amazing was because even after the cut-off date, she let me add things (like the extension cords) last minute. Everything else was guaranteed, but those last minute items were only if they had them when I called last minute, whch, thankfully, they did. I will say that everything that I received from them was good quality and sturdy. I have absolutely no complaints! They brought the items early enough for us to set up and have the rehearsal and picked up it 2 days later (no one wanted to worry about it the next day). You can pay to have them set up the tables and take down the tables, but we chose to do it ourselves since we had so much help. Thank you, Sarah, for being so amazing, and allowing me to worry about one less thing.

    I contacted them yesterday asking for an arch for a wedding in which I am the florist. They offered…read moreme a pillar arch which is the tall triangular arch so I went ahead and reserved it because the bride wasnt answering. Well the bride finally got back to me and didnt want the pillar one she wanted the circular arch. Well I already paid for the pillar arch. When I called this place to cancel and ask for a refund they made it so difficult. One person transferred to another then to another and everyone kept saying they didnt have the power to refund. Jim told me he couldnt refund because he already pulled the arch. The pillar is a 3 piece super light and he acted like it was so much work. I even spoke with a manager Pauline she said she doesnt have the power. I politely explained its not my fault the bride wants something else and asked as a courtesy if they could make an exception because I always rent from them. In fact i refer them to a lot of people looking for rentals. She said no they dont do refunds especially because they are about to close. What does that have to do with a refund? She told me she will take my name and number and have someone higher up call me because only she can issue refunds. At this point it was ridiculous. I didn't sign anything I was never told I couldnt cancel not was I told that refunds are not possible. Dont waste your time on them. Their service was horrible. They dont understand that in this business there can be changes made. Since they dont offer what I was looking for they shouldve at least refunded it as a courtesy. Just pathetic. They lost me and EVERYONE I referred and everyone will read my social media posts as a customer.
