My boys loved the waterslide we got, they had a Jr. High graduation party and so that thing was put through it's paces and held up beautifully! I just had to turn off the water and the air blower when they were done and Bouncy Bouncy did the rest for pick up! I definitely recommend them. My 4th grade team of teachers and I rented a cotton candy machine for our students. We are officially the teachers of the year! The students loved it and were in cotton candy heaven! We recently rented a bouncy castle for my daughter's 5th birthday. Due to the park not having power, we also had to rent a generator. When everything was setup, the employee set the generator on a downward sloped hill. After a short period of the generator being on, it shut off. Children were still inside the castle and my daughter actually fell out of it and scrapped up her elbow and face. After I leveled the generator and started it back up everything was working fine for short period. The next problem that we encountered was that the blower was not securely fastened to the inlet. It popped out and yet again, the castle started to deflate. I attempted to reattach it but within a few minutes, it popped out again. This time I used an extra rope tie and attached it around the inlet and the blower's base and pulled them together tightly. There was a ton of open space in our park and the generator should have been placed on a flat surface and the blower properly attached. I am providing a single star review due to these issues. read more

Great Experience. However, I brought my own 2000W Honda Generator to run it at the park. The man who took the order expressed concern that it might not be a large enough generator. They arrived and set up the castle and when i started the blower it tripped the generator circuit 3 times. I called to see if it was still possible to rent a generator and it was not. The man was very helpful suggesting some things to try and that home depot will rent generators. His suggestion to to start the blower fan by turning it on an off to let the fan build up speed before switching it on and leaving it on. It Worked!!! Whew. Anyway, not their fault i tried to use an undersized generator. They were extremely courteous, easy to work with, and especially helpful in my time of need. read more

These guys were great when I needed a Frozen bounce house for my daughter's birthday party. Their pricing was fantastic, and I appreciated the fact that they gave a sizable discount for self-pickup/dropoff. The staff was very friendly, and the rental included pump, sandbags and a dolly for easy transportation at no extra cost. There was a tear in the roof of the bounce house (not on an inflatable portion, just cloth), and since I did self-pickup, there was no inspection prior to use. I noted the damage at dropoff, but I was worried that they may try to charge me, since there are certainly shadier companies out there that would do so. Not these guys! I will definitely be renting from them again the next time we need an inflatable bounce house for a party. Great job! read more
