BEWARE!!! Save your time and your money and go to another cleaners. Not only does this company not complete their cleaning projects well. They have absolutely awful customer service. I took my wedding dress to them to be cleaned, and the girl who took the dress assured me they would be able to get the mild dirt out of the bottom of my dress that had been sitting on it for less than a week. She told me the cost would be $200 which is a bit pricey but I was happy to pay it knowing that they would be able to get it cleaned. After three attempts to clean the dress, they still weren't able to get the dirt out of the dress. I was sick about paying $200 for a dress that almost looked the same as when I brought it in. I asked if they could meet me in the middle on price or something--- they didn't budge and had no accountability. After talking to her manager & owner Bryce, he shunned me for believing that his "16 year-old high school girl who works at his business Would tell me the truth." He said she shouldn't have said that, and they never promise anything on Cleaning. I drive past other cleaners to take my items to Bountiful Cleaners. I live in Syracuse and have found no better place for quality, timeliness and great service at a reasonable price. I recently needed a suit coat cleaned for a funeral. Bryce went out of his way to get it done by the time needed. Highly recommended! read more

This is a good place for dry cleaning and washing and ironing your clothes but I won't recommend it to get clothes repaired here. hemming one leg of a pair of dress pants costs $28.50. This is almost price gouging. Hemming costs around $8 elsewhere. read more

Asked for alterations on both garments. Was very clear in instructions after a botched job at another business in Bountiful. Managed to only do alternate alterations on the other pair of pants (0.5 of the services I requested). I paid for it ($37.00) but didn't get any discount. Will not be taking them back or using them in the future. read more

I moved to Farmington & still make the trip to Bountiful to use this cleaner. They have a friendly staff, the owner is usually there work if you every have issues with the service... They also have great coupons on there website which makes it affordable. read more

Probably would love to give a 0 star rating if I could. Obviously don't know how to dry clean clothing, TWO not one but two items came back with holes with them. Never in my experience at many different dry cleaners have I got holes back in my EXPENSIVE SHIRTS. The first time I let it go because it was my husband's expensive shirt but he didn't care as much, then I found one of my dress shirt with a hole. Just great you know. And to top it off, they then LOST my lace blouse and was going to give me money back for it. Then the day of they found it at another location. So they send your items around and can lose it. Would not recommend to anyone. People use them because it's local probably only reason. read more

I have been taking suits, slacks, and dress shirts here for years, and they have always been fantastic. They have gotten out stains I thought were there for good. Their work is always timely, and their prices are excellent. Just recently my fiancée needed to get her wedding dress cleaned with only a couple days until the wedding. Every other place we called said they couldn't do it in time. Bountiful Family Cleaners said it would be no problem. They turned it around in just 24 hours, and the dress looked fantastic! These are the friendliest cleaners that I have ever worked with, and even more importantly they do high quality work and at a reasonable price. We worked with Debra, and she was awesome! We were getting ready for a wedding and they helped us out with every problem that came up. horrible service! I brought 8 items in for cleaning a week ago. One of the shirts is now missing a button, two of my dresses are now 'pilled' and threads along the seams are broken. (they were both only worn once prior to cleaning, and were quality pieces purchased at Banana Republic, so this should not have been a problem). Another shirt was returned with a note explaining why it could not be cleaned.. which I appreciated, however, I was still charged full price. In top of all of that, for 8 items I was charged @ $75, which is high for a cleaning service. I generally don't review services online, but honestly, a trip to this cleaner cost me far more than the $75 charge.. Don't use them. read more

This is a top-notice dry cleaning and laundry service. Like any profession, there are hundreds of mediocre service providers and a small handful of true pros who take pride in their work. If you own cheap clothes, any dry cleaners / laundry will work. If you own quality clothes, Bountiful Family Cleaners is the only real option in the area.
