John responded immediately, told me he could send someone out the same day, and even gave me a one-hour arrival window. Based on the information I provided, he was able to give me a quote before anyone even came out, which I really appreciated. As promised, Jonathan arrived right on time. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He located the leak surprisingly quickly, and I was shocked at how deep the pipe was buried. At one point, Jonathan was upside down in the hole working to access it! Throughout the process, he clearly explained what needed to be done. He let me know he was going to the store to get a part and would be right back--and he was. He returned quickly and got right back to work. Once the repair was completed, he showed me the damaged section of pipe and explained the fix before covering everything back up. I was especially impressed with the care he took when refilling the hole. He carefully put the soil back in place, and by the end of the job, he was covered from head to toe in mud. It was obvious he worked incredibly hard to get the repair done right. It's been a few days since the repair, and so far everything is working perfectly. The owner of this company is responsive, kind, and most importantly, honest. I highly recommend Good Guys Plumbing for any plumbing needs. I shop for music supplies all the time at Bounty Music. They have a wide selection of Acoustic Guitars, Ukuleles, keys, pro audio equipment, cables, strings, supplies, and gift items. When I first started coming to Maui I always stopped in for a visit. Actually it was a relief to be in a good hometown store instead of a big box retailer, you can actually get great service here from someone knowledgeable. I would call this a good old hometown store. You never know who you may see here not to mention any names. I sent a friend in from Los Angels, he bought a few ukes to take back as gifts he called me to thank me letting him know about Bounty. Just like anywhere when you have a great selection it's easy to choose from. I personally bought my first Fender Stratocaster at Bounty Music years ago. Just this last year I picked up a Taylor Acoustic. I give them 5 stars for always being friendly, great service, Great prices and a huge selection of brand name guitars and accessories. When on Maui you should go in and support this family owned store. read more

Paul W has a terrific staff and supports a small business here on Maui. Yes Paul. Mackie mixers would be nice. I was told... yeah sorry don't have um. This is all we got. Younger gentleman. As far as strings go. I currently order online but since you ask, Kamaka baritone. I would like to buy multiple sets as I play my baritone at least 8 times a week and beat the hell out of my strings. The past 2 times I went in still nothing. As far as chords go I'm not sure if monster still makes xlr and quarter 20 ft but unable to find there. I stopped asking awhile ago. Went there to look for a drum set for my son, and the place brought back memories of when u wen there with my dad. My other kids were playing with every instrument, from uke, guitar, egg shakers, everything. Lol. The workers were, so laid back, but still helpful. They have great deals right now, I wish I had the money to buy everything I wanted. The store is great, for the musicians or non musicians. Go instead ask them how to play this and that and they will let you do it, hands on. Love it!! read more

Bounty music has it all! Tons of Ukuleles, guitars, keyboards and instrument gear. I have sent couple visiting friends who wanted to buy an ukulele and they were really impressed with the helpful staff, and they got the best price on the planet! I always go to Bounty Music for all my cables and pro audio needs, if it's not in stock, they always special order it for me and it arrives very fast, but they usually have what I need on hand.
