Austin went out of way to help me find the Roland keyboard that I purchased model RD-08. In a previous visit to Bounty Music, Chris helped me in my search for a keyboard that had the features I wanted. I wanted a keyboard that would work with my Roland XV2020. Also, Austin helped me find a keyboard that would fit inside the cabinet of my Roland HP 236. I am still learning the many features on the model RD-08. Austin received my upper cabinet of the HP 236 and put it in box to keep it in good condition. Presently I am waiting for Larry to remove the keyboard from the cabinet. I decided to get my boyfriend a guitar for Christmas. He had told me about one that he was looking at in Bounty Music, where he often shops; as he is a musician. There were three men working in the store, and all of them were friendly and helpful, with one man finally taking charge and telling me which guitar he remembered my boyfriend looking at. I purchased it, asking if it could be exchanged for another guitar or store credit, and I was told that they would be happy to work it out if he decided to exchange it for another guitar. At first he thought he wanted a different guitar and was going to order another one and then he decided to keep the one I had given him. He told me his experience in the store was the same as mine, with everyone being friendly and helpful. What a great store, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff, great products in a large price range, so something for everyone. For Christmas of 2024, I bought a small electronic piano in this store.
