The service felt disorganized and indifferent, and customer service was frankly terrible. Our order wasn't made correctly, and when we asked about it, it turned into an ordeal that caused an even longer delay. The food itself was bland and far from the rich, flavorful Cuban food I grew up on. The croquettes were clearly frozen and had zero taste, and even the lemonade was watery and flavorless. Nothing had the seasoning or soul that Cuban food is known for. On top of that, the truck's menu is misleading--they don't even use the one printed on the truck. Instead, there's a random paper menu taped to the window. And don't dare pay with cash unless you want to stand there for 10 minutes while they figure out how to give you change. The worst part? The owner seemed miserable and completely disengaged, like they had no passion for the food or the business. That lack of care shows in every part of the experience. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. There are much better Cuban food options out there--this is not it.
