These guys have been nothing short of amazing over the course of the last year that I have used their services. From the receptionist to the technicians who show up at the house, they are all professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. They arrive when they say they're going to, flexible with making appointments, even during busy seasons, and really seem to care about their customers. I sliced a few irrigation lines while installing new sod on my yard, and didn't realize the mistake until after the sod had seeded. Highly dysfunctional and deeply dishonorable company and experience across the board Lousy reputation as they lack transparency, they have a verbally abusive manager Gerrid and he was very aggressive when I was trying to clarify upon his wrongdoings and lack of judgment They received over $2,000 for an install and I will not pay them extra for a ****lamp post***** they tampered with which was working prior Gerrid only came 15 minutes to do prep work he disappeared and left young technicians to carry on with install The aftermath was nothing but disheartening commotion from gerrid who failed to restore lamp post without charging a Sneaky bait and switch fee after the fact Despite my saying my mom is Handi Capped on 18 medications- they failed to make reasonable accommodations free of charge Very Hostile service, I will not recommend them on any given day- I will have my reliable landscaper perform sprinkler maintenance moving forward I can not pretend that they have quality service, the Secretary are equally unprofessional nothing but Monkey Business- I will use companies that thrive on quality reputation. This company needs to learn how to retain clients vs loosing them so quickly. They left over 30 flags after the fact and they could not be bothered to remove them despite my asking, they ignore attention to detail, and they expect miracles from customers. The sneaky Fraudulent UN authorized $150 fee for light post can Go to Collections- I have no intention to pay for Charges that were never agreed upon prior to and or in between. We have been using Bourque Bros Irrigation for almost 25 years to help manage our 16 zone system. They have always done an excellent job. This year was no exception. After our system opened, we realized we needed an extra visit to correct some water coverage issues that arose due to exceptional plant growth. Even though this is their busiest season and the service team is working long hours ( not to mention the beginning of Memorial Day weekend), the office team led by Ann, helped us get a service visit that totally fixed our problem. Our service technician, Jeff, went "beyond the call of duty" in adjusting our system to correct our problem. He is outstanding! The first step to install the plumbing/electrical for timer into the house was prior to the sprinkler install, he was running late but called to update me. So that helped me plan as needed. The next step they were to start at 8am and were there at 7:55. They were very timely in the install. They worked around the busy family schedule that Friday, we had to drop kids off at school and they worked around this. Extreme attention to detail. Meticulous work. You can't even tell where they had to dig up the lawn to install the sprinklers. They flagged everything to make it easy to follow. The product they use is super user friendly. Great team. This field service is good. But the customer service is terrible. They will make you wait for weeks to come and then not come on the date arranged. They wont call you either, to let you know why they didn't come. Their excuse is that you should have arranged an earlier appointment, so it is your fault. Positively terrible. read more
