Boarding finally starts around 1:15 am... as of 2:34 am we are still sitting on the runway... more confusion as there is a passenger missing from the list. I am over this....

Debra gave me pointers on my carry on items and even walked me to the bag weigh machine to help me to be able to get onboard. He made me darn near strip when she knew it was a simple hair clip that kept me beeping instead of creeping through On the plane...I was upgraded to first class type seats which were bigger seats upfront. Clear signage in getting around was smooth and stress-free. The SkyTrain ride to the car rental center was efficient and convenient.
