I've been going here for years, and I've always been happy with my services. Cleanliness is a priority here and they are very timely. I see Sophea, Melinda, or Monyka and always leave with my nails looking great. They might cost a bit more than another salon, but I'm happy to pay that because my gel manicures have always lasted weeks. The gel removal process is gentle on my nails, they check in to make sure you're happy during the process, and they have helpful suggestions on colors or styles if you're stuck. Don't be 5 mins late. Especially if their Saturday morning appts have all cancelled and they're cranky. Was told I couldn't get my gel manicure but could get a "refresh". In thirty years, I had gotten maybe one mani pedi ... then a friend of mine suggested I try Boutique. I did ... and I'm hooked. The Performance mani is fantastic! I cannot use the UV light due to a medical condition and this gives me a non gel option! I've been going to Leah ... she is terrific! I always drive by this spot but never been so figured I'd drop in to see. I love how cleanliness is their top priority. It's a cute little shop with a limited amount of colors. When I mean limited, I mean limited. Other spots I go to with walls of color but not this. Okay that's fine. I usually don't stray from the nudes/pastels anyways. I walked in and luck was on my side. It was somewhat freezing rain outside and I went at 11am where folks were cancelling their appts. I was able to squeeze in with two different techs for a mani pedi. Both were quick, helpful, and good conversation. At the end of the day It's pricy.. I wasn't expecting to pay 75$ for a basic mani pedi not including tip. And that's with the performance polish which is supposed to last longer. Performance polishes are an additional +$10 per set so if I didn't get it on both it wouldn't been $55 without tip. I would consider going again as a treat yo self kinda day. read more

This place is expensive (which is my reason for 4 stars), but it is super clean, following COVID procedures, and they do a great job. Everyone is wearing masks and staff and clients are required to sanitize before the manicure begins. They currently have plexiglass between clients and staff/clients as well. Also, I have been getting gel manicures on and off for years, and for some reason they never last me much over a week. They NEVER have lasted me for a full 2 weeks, until now! My last gel manicure from here is going on 2 weeks and 2 days, and the only reason I'm going again is because my nails are so grown out. But there are no chips and it's not peeling from the bottom (which has always been a major problem with gels for me, especially getting caught in my curly hair, yuck lol). This is my new go to nail salon! They are always on time, and or aim to be. Their customer service skills are amazing. Always making sure I leave satisfied. I go and get my nails done from Sophea, she is super nice and does a beautiful job always. Never a complaint. Always professional and always pleasant. Front desk girls are super friendly. I'll start out with the "good news" + conveniently book your appointment online + attractive nail polish display + clean and bright decor And as for the "bad news" - if you don't luck out with a front parking spot, you will need to find one in the minuscule lot behind the building - one of the first appointments of the day and they weren't prepped properly. when it came time for the hot towel, it wasn't hot enough so my "hygienic" towels went into the MICROWAVE. yes, the microwave in their break room. where I later saw their employee heating up their lunch. yuck. not to mention parts of it was extra hot and other spots cold/barely warm. - price was not worth the service as the overall job was mediocre. not sure if I got a new tech but my toes/feet didn't look or feel like I spent the extra money ($60+) for the best pedi option offered. other salons I have gone to offer way more value- callous removal, paraffin wax, etc. bummed it was not a great experience and leaving it to the benefit of the doubt that they were having an off day.... but not going to go back. read more

My daughter and I got our nails done for the first time and lovedit ! We drove 45 mins to give this place a shot and very Happy that we did! The young woman at the front desk greeted us and was very pleasant. She told me that my technician was running a little behind but assisted me in picking a color and a design for my daughter--which was great because I was indecisive. The only nail salon I will use. This is more like a spa than a nail salon. Beautiful and bright inside. So clean! If you're like me, you've used other nail salons with those jetted foot tubs. Guess where all the germs live? Yes, right inside the jets, which those other salons never clean between customers. Boutique does not have the jets in their foot tubs for this reason. (How many of your girlfriends have gotten a foot infection after getting a pedicure? That's the reason!) Yes they are always booked. This is a good thing. Make an appointment. We booked on a Monday and got side by side lush pedi and mani for that Saturday at 10:30AM. $79 each and that includes leg massages, hot oil wrap, then hot stone massage. Took about 90 minutes. They have a punch card for savings if you get your nails done regularly you can save some money. The ladies are all friendly and speak English. The techs do not handle the money for sanitary reasons, only the desk girl takes payment and you leave your cash tip in a little envelope. They did a good job, but are not the best with scheduling. They pushed back my appointment and assured me that I could be back at a certain time. As a result, I accepted the later appointment. When I arrived at the already later time, no one was ready to start my appointment. It was as if they had complete disregard for the fact that the change was on their end. They are good at what they do, but organization does not seem to be a strength. Be ready to spend a lot more time than necessary and to have no compensation for a mistake that they made. read more

Came across here just by chance. Very neat, clean, bright and modern. I love the pedi stations! The providers are dressed very professionally. Super nice technicians. I had Saray for my pedicure and he was great! The scrub that they use is amazing. Smells great, feels great. Nice long massage which is exactly what I look for in pedicures. Only thing I was a little iffy about was that I noticed that the woman next to me was having a hot stone massage done and I never received that. I looked on the website and saw that they had different types of pedicures and I was never asked which one I wanted. I assume I just got the basic? Maybe next time I'll have to look at the website ahead of time before booking and specify which one I'd like. Half my fault. Boutique Nail Lounge is a wonderful nail spa! I will not go anywhere else! I am always paranoid about getting an infection or something from a pedicure and Boutique Nail Lounge takes my worries away! Why I love them: 1) Hygiene is their number one concern. 2) Their pedicure foot bath does not have any jets (my understanding is that the jets breed bacteria). 3) This place is SO CLEAN!!!!! You can tell the owners, Inh and Kelly are so passionate about their business and want every customer to be welcomed and pampered! 4) No acrylic smell! (they don't do acrylic nails) 5) They use a sanitizer machine for the nail tools they use on you & open the bag in front of you! 6) They have ONLINE BOOKING! I use it every time I go and I love being able to go online and book an appointment. 7) My nail technician, Hong, is the sweetest lady! I loved the convenience of booking a time online - I was able to book a slot for Saturday morning on Friday night so their availability is impressive. I have been in desperate need of a pedicure as I'm currently 7 months pregnant and it's getting harder to do it myself. I only booked the basic pedicure because I wasn't sure what to expect but Siv did an amazing job and the massage for my calves and feet was heavenly. The staff was super friendly and everything was very clean. Another bonus - I don't think they do acrylic nails here so the horrible smell that comes with that is avoided. If you're looking for a change from bad decor and questionable cleanliness in your nail salon, this is just the place. My usual salon is closed on Sundays so I yelped and found Boutique. I am so pleasantly surprised by this little shop that I've passed by a million times bite never noticed. The environment is all white with lots of natural light. The polishes are neatly hung upside down on a wall and arranged by color family which made it much easier to select a color. The pedi station is raised, so you walk up 2 steps and sit on a leather padded bench while your feet are treated in a sink with nice stone surround below you. The best part of the experience is the cleaning lab which sanitizes all the metal tools right in front of you. The files and buffers are only used once and then tossed. The staff is personable and they all wear black which contrasts nicely against the all white environment. I had Nary and she was wonderful. This place is so neat and not cluttered at all. They schedule appointments online and use outlook to stay on top of everything. This is DEFINITELY my new nail salon. The pedis are about $6 more than where I usually go, but I'm ok with it knowing this place is much more hygienic and peaceful. read more

I was searching for a new nail salon and came across the Yelp reviews for Boutique. I was happy my daughter & I tried this salon! Can't say enough about the cleanliness! They autoclave their tools. Hygiene and non-acrylic services promote a healthier experience. No loud tvs and no massage chairs were fine with me. The staff engage with you instead of looking like they hate their job and talking just among themselves. Belinda did a great job! Prices were very competitive. This is by far my go to nail salon. The staff is so friendly and professional. Saray always makes sure that their clients are happy and well taken care of. They also have the best manicurists there. Siv, Kelly and Thyda are to name a few who are all fast and efficient. All of their equipments are sterile because they use an autoclave to clean it. They always have the latest colors and are always accommodating. My gel manicures always last 2 weeks or more. One thing I loved was how modern and sleek the salon was, they do not do acrylic so there isn't loud whirring or the messy tables filled with clutter. Venchy (sp?) was great! She explained how the salon focuses on the natural nail's health and they are very sanitary (the best I've seen). My usual nail salon is 20mins away since I moved to Chelmsford. So I decided to come on yelp to see which salons are good in the area. I saw this one and thought ok let's try it. I booked an appt at 10am and got there at 9:55am... I stayed in the car for a few mins since I saw they were still getting ready to open. By 9:58am I got out of the car and got to the door. When I was at the door there were 2 girls trying to open it from the inside with no luck. I stood out there kinda looking stupid just waiting for these girls to open it. Then a few mins went by and another girl tried to open the door.. still no luck... by this time I was getting a bit annoyed cause in my eyes if you can't open the door from the inside and you see a paying customer outside waiting I would think you would say to yourself... hey why don't I go out and get her and bring her thru the door that actually worked and get her settled... nope that didn't happen... another thought was hey I can't open this door from the inside why don't I try to open it from the outside... any ways after I saw ALL 4 employees at the door trying to open it I was just done I got on the phone with my usual salon 20mins away and they were able to accommodate me in such short notice even though they were extremely busy...
