I loved my first experience at A'gaci Nails! 3 friends recommended Gigi to me and she was wonderful. I got a dip pedicure and it was a great experience. I made the appointment online and it was nice and easy. Was average prices for now adays. Gigi was great and gave me color recommendations and ideas. It was so clean and I appreciate the stations not being very cluttered. I was there around closing on a week night. Everyone working cleaned the place top to bottom. The music and noise volume was great because some nail salons can be very chaotic. A'gacia was peaceful. I liked the addition of the free 5 minute massage. Then the hand mask for dry skin. I had gel x done for the first time. I like the length and shape but the polish left the nails still see through and thus look quite fake. I also have a lot of glue under each nail with some air bubbles on the nail which is quite noticeable. read more

Poor job! This is the second day of getting manicure done. The nail paint is chipping off like crazy in spite of taking care of it and doing no water related work. Also, they charged $5 for multiple colors which were simple enough. The manicurist just rushed through painting nails, seemed like he wanted to close and run home! I have been here twice. The first visit was wonderful. The second, not so great! I had an appointment for 3:00, was told that the persto give me my pedicure was hungry and at lunch. finally a man showed up, very rough doing my cuticles, ouch! then asked me what color I wanted, I said I'm having a French manicure, and told him I also wanted a design. Another guy came , did the French manicure, I asked him about the design, shook his head said no he couldn't do it. I thought my first visit went well but my second visit not so good. I first want to point out that the owner seems to treat his employees poorly. Shouts across the store at them, hovers over them if he thinks they're taking too long. On my last and final visit, I was sitting next to another woman who had messed up the polish on one of her toes and needed a fix. The man who was waiting on her seemed very angry and put out by it. I felt bad for this poor woman. It happens!! The woman working on my pedi was a little too zealous with the foot scrapper and tore a piece of my skin off my big toe. Ouch! I went here and the service was good but I had called prior to arriving and was told the price for a gel pedi is $50 after the service I was charged $70 and they said because of the gel. I look on the brochure and it say $50 for gel pedi. I do agree that the service is good but I don't appreciate hidden up charges so that the businesses can make more money I don't think I'll return. read more

If you want fast-come here. But fast does not equal quality. Had Pedicure & Gel Manicure and was done in under 40 minutes. The "5 minute massage" was painful on my neck/shoulders (I love a good massage) but that was just odd-maybe it was supposed to be pressure point massage? I'd never get it again. I was sore the rest of the morning. Would not recommend. Gel manicure not lasting. Was there Saturday-today Wednesday and my nails are chipping & lifting. I usually get 3 weeks out of a gel manicure. Was quoted a price over the phone. Arrived and they added $5 to take off nail polish. They kept asking if we wanted to add services, longer massages, lotions etc. All for more money and to tip the massage staff on top of the nail techs. Turned into a $95 40minute appointment. It is on the pricey side but you get what you pay for and it's not like these other nail shops that are open on every corner. Today I experienced the Shea butter spa pedicure which is $80 without a coupon . It was worth it. I received a mask on my lower legs , a few different treatments I can't remember, along with a paraffin dip and my feet in heated booties followed by a fantastic hot stone massage. What a dramatic difference it made on my feet. My day was complete with a gel manicure which also include a paraffin dip and massage. The nail polish I picked was an extra $5 making the total cost $40. The manicure was done dry without placing my hands in water , at first I was thrown off by this but it ended up looking fantastic. The atmosphere is calm, there are no tv's , they have a party room separate in the back for a girls day or bridal party which is unique right now to this area. I believe I even saw a couples room. This place is very spacious so you don't feel packed in and on-top of other clients. There is an ATM right on the salon and they offer a rewards program for cash paying customers . I will definitely be returning to this place to try out the lash extensions and a facial. read more

Got my nails done here a week ago before my wedding. This is a great place to book a wedding party because it's very spacious inside with plenty of room. But also, my nails came out FANTASTIC. They are very professional here and give a truly luxurious experience complete with massages. I just moved to Chelmsford recently, and this place was recommended by a very good friend who also just recently moved here. Let me start by saying the place is huge and very clean. We walked in at 4:45 on a Thursday with no appointments, we were taken right away--yay! The young man that did my pedicure was very nice and I must say I have never had such an efficient pedicure so quickly! When he walked me over to where the drying station is he then gave me a 5-minute neck and top of back massage--wow! Saw their grand opening specials through a facebook ad and decided to check it out. The salon just opened about a month ago so its all brand new. Tastefully decorated with huge chandeliers, great lighting and artwork. Everything is spaced out so you don't feel right on top of the person next to you. I decided to "upgrade" to the shea butter spa pedi with $20 off (opening special) and it was seriously the best pedi I have ever had... mud mask on my legs, callous remover, hot stones, hand massage, steamy towel, paraffin wax was all included. Beautiful, CLEAN salon. This place is top notch! I've been to my fair share of nail salons. This is hands-down the best one that I've been to! The atmosphere is very spa-like, soft music playing, VERY clean and well taken care of (no scuff marks on walls or other signs of wear). The prices are very reasonable. The service is out of this world. Included in the prices of the gel manicure (the only one I've done) and the basic pedicure are paraffin treatments. Let me also mention there is a 5-min shoulder massage thrown in (you had me at shoulder massage)! I am very lucky that this place is so close to my work but I would travel the 30 min from home to come here too. So glad I started coming here. read more

The place is beautiful and everyone is very nice and friendly except the guy who actually did my nails. Made rude comments the entire time and was aggressive, shoving my hands inside the UV lamp and got mad that a piece of lint got on my nail from my shirt when he grabbed my hand and it caused my nail to bump on my shirt causing the lint. He is extremely unprofessional and has no business working here. I went there yesterday for a mani pedi thinking it would be relaxing. Well it was not at all relaxing and was the absolute worst mani pedi I ever had. The tech did not even clean my cuticles! During my manicure I asked him to do my cuticles and he proceeded to use a NAIL FILE on my skin!! Then someone else took over so he could take care of a walk-in...really?! and the person that took over kept answering the phone even though there were other employees just standing around that I'm sure could have answered the phone, very rude! I also asked him to take care of my cuticles but he really couldn't because my nails had already started to be painted! I WOULD NOT recommend going to this so called spa. Lovely and bright space with high ceilings and lots of sunlight (huge southern facing windows!). They have nice, relaxing music playing. They have a ton of color choices and my tech did a great job on my powder dip. They have a man that walks around and gives everyone a free 5 minute shoulder and neck massage while you get your nails done, and you can throw a tip in the jar for him. They also finish the nail service off with a scrub, a paraffin wax dip, lotion and quick hand massage. I'll definitely be back! read more

expensive...but they massage your shoulder for 2.5 mins at the drying station...decent pedi. But the waxing, on the other hand was atrocious. Poor job. From here to there, no rhyme, no reason. And communication was poor when I told her certain areas were sensitive. I repeated myself when she started going over the area again with more wax. I had to stop her from burning me in two places, as she was going to put more hot wax on an area already waxed. She also missed a few swaths. It wasn't as nice nor clean as the nail part. When I called, I told them I wanted an ombré manicure but I wasn't sure if it was best done with gel or dip. The man that answered told me I wanted gel. First, when I showed the woman at the desk what I wanted, natural pink and white ombré, the first nail technician did not seem to know how to do it, so they sent me to a woman in a different row. The technician was very nice. She did the ombré with a sponge technique. It looked great from far away, but when I got a closer look, it really did not look very good. It wasn't what I wanted. The lines didn't really blend and there was more of a dotted effect where the colors met. It was also a bit uncomfortable that all of the other nail technicians were standing around watching her work on my nails, and it seemed clear that my technician was the only one there who knew the technique. I ended up paying $45 plus tip. I would not go there again for anything other than a solid coat of polish. I feel like I paid too much for what I received. Aside from being unhappy with my nails, overall, the place seemed clean, customers were well distanced apart, and everyone was wearing a mask. read more
