Icolor gives quality and quantity and their nail technicians are friendly, kind and truly care about their customers! The show Friends is always playing in the background while you are getting your nails done. And, the nail salon is very clean and decorated for customers. The technicians here move fast and do a great job. The location of this salon can be far if you don't live in the area. So, I can see how many might skip over this hidden gem. Horrible nail salon. I was cut multiple times by DEN. She did not apply a top coat on my toes and caused my wedding nails to chip. Therefore the pedicure not last through the night. Most of the nail techs are not well-trained. It feels like a money grab not a spa or nail experience I would want again. Predicare spa is not properly sanitized. They overbook and fail to respect appointment times. I do not recommend this salon due to sanitary standards and a lack of skill. read more

I've reviewed this place before that was before covid, and before covid they were awesome it was really like a spa experience all the people were great the owner Tram was great everything was perfect. Now I'll admit I'm picky about my nails and who I'll let do them, so I always used to go to tram and tram only and the only other person I would go to was emily. I went back a few times after covid and one time I don't know who the person was but she was complaining in Vietnamese or whatever her language is the entire time because I asked to have the acrylic taken off and have gel put on it it was too much work for her to do. So I didn't go back for a while then somebody else at a different Salon destroyed my nails so I said you know what I know they're good at at this place so I'm going to go back and give them another chance so no more paraffin dip since covid the spot experience is gone you're a number you're a transaction the friendliness gone the professionalism gone. It's really a shame. Her response is a complete lie. When I called in the am, nobody ever said $25 because no price was given. In fact, I told her I had one hand for appointment aquity and said they always charge me half and she said "OK. No problem." Specialty shaping? Long nails? I don't have anything special- a regular French fill..That EVERY nail salon I have ever had my nails done before- every two weeks for over 30 years, all over the country, has thought was appropriate. I started bringing my daughter with me and we are always greeted with a Hi Katie! Great to see you! Always welcoming and warm. As a previous poster said the place is small, I have to disagree. It's wide open, sectioned very well, and your never waiting long anyways so I don't think the "waiting" area is a big deal. I had the best experience tonight while at this salon! My pedicure done by Vina was superb! The family atmosphere was warm and cozy. The owner Tram was dealing with an issue with the cable provider and despite their ability to assist her, she made everyone laugh. After a long, hard day, this was just what I needed. And I could pay by CashApp too...perfect! I travel for work and I've only been in the area a few days, but I definitely plan to only come here for services while I'm in Chelmsford. I read good reviews about this salon & the pictures from other customers looked well done too. My nails came out super wonky and each nail almost looks like a different shape. They are super bumpy too and she didn't use the drill that they normally use to smooth out the nail. She only used the drill around the cuticle area. I felt too awkward to say anything because at that point they were short which is not a big deal because I care more about the shape and the fact that they are not smooth on the top like usual. I obviously paid for it & tipped because I didn't want to be one of those people that causes a scene but it's like all my money went to waste because of the results and now I have to go somewhere else to get them soaked off and redone read more

The service is a bit longer because it has more steps, in addition to the standard pedi, you'll get an aromatic soothing scrub, hydrating mask, hot towel wrap and a foot massage that rejuvenates the skin as well as relaxing the muscles. Edited to add: ten mins after i posted this the business owner texted THE BRIDE who has enough else to worry about. She also texted the girl who made the inquiry about having the place to ourselves who explained that we WERE told that, and we've yet to receive an apology for the huge crowd. I had at least 3 girls who had to wait 10-20 mins for their mani or pedi while others were serviced. This is our 2nd and last time coming in with a big party. Last year we booked the space for a nail party before a wedding, and they took walk ins before the mother of the bride. It's a shame because they do a good job, so this year the girls booked the salon and asked about taking other people or if we'd have the place to ourselves. They were assured that those people that came in last time must've had a preexisting appointment and that the night we were booking for this wedding was totally clear so we'd have the place to ourselves. Such a lie! When we arrived there were 3 other customers, fine, maybe they're finishing up. But as we sat they took FOUR walk ins. Some of our girls had to wait while the walk-ins went! Not cool, all done. My gel mani was $30 it's not even like it's a good deal, I'll stick with boutique from now on. read more

So happy I stumbled upon this place! I was in the area after work and desperately needed my nails done. The first place I went was too 'busy' even though 2 people were in the salon... I called Icolor and drove right over. They were pretty busy, every pedicure station was full but they were able to take my sister and I right away. I called ahead for a gel manicure because I've learned my lessons about walk-ins. (Especially when I'm on a time constriction) Icolor asked me what time I would like, if it was my first time, and what I would like to have done. Nice large outside building, decent parking area, and smaller than expected inside - but clean! Told them I had my appointment, picked my color, and sat down. They had "friends" playing on their large TV screen - big plus for me Jenny did a great job on my nails, got me a water bottle while I was waiting for my old gel polish to be removed, and asked me every time she did something to make sure I was completely satisfied. I went here for a gel polish toes and nails! I had my nails done by Phal. She was super nice and friendly. I asked her to do regular polish on my toes first and then when she had my toes done she realized that she cannot find the sparkles in regular polish. Always set an appointment! This place is pretty much busy. They have a lot of employees but most if not all is with a client. They try their best to take in walk-ins as soon as possible once they're done with a client. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They offer many services and have many colors to choose from. Not much of a professional business since other staff members tend to blast their colleagues in front of others. A welcome walk in isn't a welcome walk in when it's yelled out "do you have an appt". A greet shouldn't have to sound so hostile. The few times I have been in there, I noticed the tone of voice depending on the type of customers walking in. Waiting area is very limited. If your shop is that busy, maybe upgrade the waiting area. Keep in mind that there are customers who understands the language your employees speak. And sometimes what is spoken isn't so nice of others. We are here to give you business and keep your business open. The only good thing I will say is, the product of service is great. And unfortunately I have found a new spot with amazing PROFESSIONAL services. I will be sure to warn any newbies wanting your services. read more

I had such a wonderful experience with iColor Nail and Spa! I called ahead to see if they had time for a Pedi and gel nail removal and they took me right away. The pedicure was amazing and my feet are so soft, Jenny did an amazing job! She took her time with my nails coached me through picking a color and never made me feel rushed even when her colleagues were heading home for the night. I never felt pressured to get a better package or to upgrade my services which were greatly appreciated since I am trying to give my nails a break. I just moved to the area and needed to find a new place. I went to a couple other places before and was unimpressed. I finally decided to take a chance on iColor Nails & Spa and I'm so glad I did. I waltzed in around 4:45 pm on a Saturday and felt kind of bad going so close to closing (6 pm), but when I asked if they had time to do a full set, they had no problem! In fact, they said I came at the best time because it wasn't as busy. Kate did my nails and she was so sweet and attentive. She checked and double checked everything-- did I like the length, was the shape good, did I like the color. She was wonderful and took great care of me. I also love that they have the option to pay and tip via Venmo. The previous reviewer complained that the girls were talking and giggling, and indeed they were when I was there, but I found it so warm and welcoming. I've been here several times now. I am always impressed with their cleanliness and unbelievable selection of both gel and regular nail polish color options. Everyone that works here is extremely friendly especially the owner Tram. They cover the pedicure tub with plastic for each person and use brand new tools out of a bag for each new customer as well which eliminates a major concern for me. The most amazing thing was on my third visit or so I had made an appointment for 6pm, not realizing that they close at 7pm with Lisa for my wedding nails (which is probably why they let me make the appointment so late anyway) and then I proceeded to be about 45 minutes late to that appointment as well. Not only did they still take me, Lisa stayed there at the salon alone with me, taking her time and doing an amazing job on my mani and pedi. I was super stressed from last minute wedding details and Lisa made me feel relaxed and didn't even put the guilt trip on about my tardiness. I live in Nashua and drive past about 50 salons to go to IColor and it's absolutely worth it. I highly recommend this place. I am VERY picky and really appreciate when people pay attention to the details. I am familiar with the shop because I used to take my daughter to get her hair cut there when it was a hair salon. The shop has been renovated, a total gut job. It's very clean and elegant. The first thing I noticed when I got my nails done (twice already) is that the tech pulled out a clean set of tools just for me. I've had two different people do my nails including the owner, Tran. Where do I begin?!?! Colors - literally more colors of gel (and even more of tradition) polish than I thought could ever exist! But even better than that is the way they're organized... All on sample nails sorted by color group and tone. Makes it incredibly easy to pick the perfect shade. They also have the matching traditional polish paired with each gel to get the perfect matching pedicure. Friendly - my nail artist, Lisa, was friendly and knowledgeable! She completely understood what I wanted and continuously checked in with me to make sure she wasn't filing too hard and that the shape was what I wanted. She's also very talented with designs (and I'm picky). It's like Pinterest has materialized. Clean - everything was sanitized and clean!!!! There was no question about how sterile the tools were. I was completely comfortable having everything done! Bottom line: come here if you want to fall in love with your nails again and be the envy of your coworkers... I've been here 3x already. I come for the SNS dip. This lasts 2-3 weeks and is not harsh on my nails at all! The establishment is very clean, the ladies that work there are very warm and welcoming. Called on Friday night to make an appointment for a gel mani first thing Saturday morning; to my delight I got an appt for 9am right when they open. I had an early afternoon wedding to attend so time was of the essence. I arrived at 8:55 and they were already open with people in chairs! These people don't mess around, and I love it. The manicure itself was awesome; complimentary water, they played How I Met Your Mother and Friends via Netflix on the TV, and the tech was super polite. I have never ever been to a place that includes a keratin wax glove with their standard manicure, but this place does and it was awesome, and for $28?? Can't beat it. My only qualm is that the gel was put on a little thick, I like mine to be very thin, but it won't deter me from coming back! read more
