I entered at 5:25, a large woman beginning a pedicure asked if she could help me, I told her I had a 5:30 appointment. She "barked" at me demanding "what did I want"? I said a gel manicure and approached the front desk. The woman at the front desk confirmed my appointment, no more no less. No sorry we are running late, there is going to be a wait... This woman then assisted another customer who also wanted a gel manicure. So, there is one grumpy woman doing a pedicure, a second woman starting a gel manicure and a man who appeared to be in the starting process of a gel manicure. I waited 15 minutes then walked out, wondering why I had bothered to book an appointment. I did have a chuckle while sitting there when the man took a telephone call from a customer and suggested the customer could get an appointment this evening! Apparently you can get an appointment but no service. Terrible customer service, which explains why the salon is never as busy as other salons in town. I will never return and do not recommend.
