I've been coming to Sparkle Nails for a long time. This is my first time back since they were able to reopen due to COVID. The salon has taken steps to social distance chairs, put up participants to separate clients & service providers, taking temps at the door & having clients sign a waiver upon entry. It's really impressive how businesses have figured out ways to keep people safe & still provide great service. This place is usually booming with business. It's sad to see them have to cut their capacity down to adhere to CDC guidelines but they're doing a great job! read more

I've been going here for about a year now (since I moved to the area) and I love it here! They always do a great job. They have by far the most gel polishes I've seen as well as matching regular polish for your toes. :) Their manicures last much longer than any other place I've been and their prices aren't too bad. On Sunday, March 9th, I had an appointment at 10:00 a.m. for a gel manicure. I got the worst manicure of my life. Let me tell you my issues. 1. I wanted my nails cut down and even. They were cut down but none are the same length. 2. I wanted my nails shaped round - some were done round, some square and one was pointed. 3. Next the technician filed my nail beds down and then used the grinder to file them down even more. 4. My nails are so thin they break at the slightest touch to anything. My nail beds hurt because they are so thin. 5. Finally, the tech used regular nail polish NOT gel as I asked for and charged me $15.00 for the worst manicure of my life. $15.00 is the most I've ever paid for a regular manicure. Normally I pay $10.00 I will never come back to Sparkle Nails and I will be sure to tell me friends not to go there. read more

Brought my sister in with me because it is a beautiful clean place and have been before and had a good experience the other time i have been. Needless to say we had a big wedding to go to on Saturday and wanted to have a pedicure done. Well the 2 women that did our pedicure lacked in that department what usually takes a good relaxing hour at other salons these women did in 30 minutes spending zero time cleaning up our cuticles etc. I have been having pedicures done for 20 years now at different salons and this is the last time i will come here. I recently started going here when my previous salon closed. In a pinch and with a guest I saw someone different than who I would normally like to see. My guest I took with me was done a bit before me and paid before I did. She tipped 20% of the cost of the service which was apparently not satisfactory to the person who did her nails who then came back to the table showed the tip to the girl doing my nails and said something which I'm assuming was not nice in another language as she put the tip in her drawer. So disgusting and unprofessional. I almost said something but did not want to make the person I was with embarrassed or feel bad as she is unaware of what went on. I'm not sure this is a place I would like to go back as I am so utterly disgusted by what happened today. Which is very unfortunate as I like the salon a lot and the girl who usually does my nails is wonderful. However now I can't be so sure that the same is not done to me when I walk away from the table. Being someone in the service industry I expect more then that especially if you are being tipped the customary 20 percent. read more

I came here for a simple gel manicure, but left with bleeding cuticles and uneven nail polish. After my gel was dry, the manicurist used a drill on the clear coat to correct a mistake. I left unimpressed and my polish is starting to peel and snag (on every nail) only 4 days after my visit. I came because of the reviews but I'll most definitely never be going back. read more

The salon is gorgeous, and the staff is wonderful. I have gotten a pedicure done here twice and was very happy with the results. However, my 3 star rating today is because of a really bad gel manicure I got last Thursday (9/7). I got my nails done for a wedding I was in that Saturday, and the polish on one nail had already started lifting by Saturday morning. I just peeled the rest of them off (so, less than a week later), and they came right up with no resistance at all. I will probably try them again, but I was really disappointed in the quality of the gel polish. It looked great for the 3 days that it was able stay on, but I have never had an issue with gel in the past. Every other time I've gotten a gel manicure at any other salon, it has lasted a minimum of 2 weeks, no peeling or chips. I'll probably try again, because I have heard such good things, but I was pretty bummed. read more

I've been going here for over 6 months now, and I'm pleased. I always get a very nice pedicure that lasts at least 3 weeks, despite that I have a couple funky toenails. I appreciate the care that they receive and can tell that my nails are actually improving over time. read more

Called at 3 in the afternoon for pedicures for a girls night out at 6:30 (30 minutes before they closed). They were great and stayed late while our toes dried. Prices was reasonable ($25). read more

I love this place! I go in every 2 weeks for a fill. They are reasonably priced, the staff will always make you laugh, and it is immaculately clean! I love the decor in the shop. They have a large selection of nail colors including OPI and Essie brands. I highly recommend this salon to anyone in need. I also highly recommend Sunny. He does an amazing job on my nails. Beware of this place and take any high reviews with a grain of salt. My daughter and I did not have good experiences at Sparkle Nails. My manicure took maybe 12 minutes start to finish. The girl did not take the time to even out my nails or attempt to shape them. When pushing the cuticles back she was so hurried & careless at one point that she ended up sharply jamming the tool under a nail! My daughter had the paraffin wax treatment on her hands for her arthritis and the wax was not even warm - which is an important element of that treatment! Her manicurist took more time with her but at one point an unhappy customer interrupted my daughter's manicure arguing with that manicurist for several minutes. I finally walked over to try and get the manicurist to focus back on her current customer - my daughter! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! We will never go back! read more
