What a lovely experience! You pay just a little more compared to David's Nails ($20 for pedi), but you get supreme service. Loved the look and decor and didn't feel like the personnel just rushed thru it. The massage chairs are a bit tough to navigate, but the work they do on your feet is relaxing enough. Have been wanting to try this nail salon out for a long time. We come next door for pho all the time. Was told it would be "a few minutes, pick your colors" mind you, it was myself, my girlfriend and my daughter. 2 pedicures, one manicure and one shellac manicure. I could see that they had a full house, but wanted to be sure to accommodate us. Everyone was very kind and Holly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of after a bit of a wait. Clean tubs that they use pre cautionary measures with plastic wraps that are disposed after every use. I have to say that Holly and the staff were so kind. Made my daughters "kid pedicure" fun and relaxing. I would highly recommend you call in and make a possible appointment and if you do walk in, have the patience for them. They want to provide you with a QUALITY, job. Not something that's rushed. To many other shops rush clients, and that entails sloppy work, chipped nails and not feeling like you had a "mini spa" experience. I didn't feel that way at all, and I'm beyond happy that I finally made the decision to come to Boutique Nails and Spa. My friend and I visited this salon recently and left extremely disappointed. One of the ladies broke the corner of my natural nail off trying to remove the acrylic and was bleeding. She blamed it on me by saying it's because I wasn't relaxing my finger. Our nails were all different shapes, dull, and very inconsistent with the acrylic. I felt like i threw 45$ down the drain. They are in no rush when pampering you and even include a hot stone massage with your pedicure. Got my first gel manicure by Quyen, she did a beautiful job and is such a sweet lady! I wish I could give 0 stars. This place was awful! It started with the lady not understanding what I wanted when I told her I wanted a double fill. Which for those who don't get them, its changing the color of the tip with colored powder and filling the bottom with clear or pink. She wanted to take my old nails off and start all over and I told her no! Then she cut them WAY too short, when your tools are constantly burning my finger tips, its too short. Which I told her too, I told her it was burning my tips. She then did not take off my old fill all the way, while insulting my last fill job! When she put the new color on, you could see the old color underneath. They are so uneven and she cut my fingers so many time, my fingers were sore for DAYS after. There is also a huge chunk of acrylic stuck under one of my nails.. I will NEVER EVER GO BACK!! read more
