Great job on my almond nails she's always very professional I love my nails she always does an amazing job

    Sparkly french tip nails!

Whenever I call, Tina makes time for me (within 24-48 hours). Tine first gave me beautiful nails for my February wedding! Her persona is so pleasant. She engaged me in conversation with friendly chat. She made me feel at ease. The shop is adequately staffed with trained women who do excellent pedicures. I was very happy with mine! Recently (5/16/2024) I went back to have my nails done. My husband and I are very happy with these! Thank you, Tina! I'll be back!

Horrible nails and horrible service. She did not want to do what style I wanted because she was in a hurry and didn't have time. What business owner says that to a paying customer? Then she messed my nails up and still charged me $35! I will never waste my time at her shop again. Also, Her massage chairs dont even work while getting a pedicure. You cant feel the massage at all. This place is a joke.

First time customer & they were fairly busy! Luckily they were able to squeeze my manicure between appointments. I had just taken acrylics off my nails earlier that day, so my nails were weak, broken, & brittle. She recommended a nail strengthener they sold there. I bought it for only $3 and paid $10 for an amazing manicure. She was super informative & helped make my natural nails look so much better!

I have been getting a pedicure from here for over 4 years and it is the ONLY place I will travel to for this service. They never disappoint.

3/5 stars My mom and I went to the salon as a walk in last Wednesday (6/19/2019) The service from the two ladies working was very friendly. I got a gel pedicure that was reasonably priced $40. And my mom got a basic pedicure for $25. However, the gel polish didn't even last a full week. As you can see my one toe is already completely missing it's polish where the big toe is chipped. I'm a little disappointed because i got gel and paid extra thinking it would last. Update: 5/5 i went back to get a French gel manicures $30 And the lady offered to fix my toes with out a problem! Great customer service!

I called in advance after reading reviews and really wanted to give this place a go. Tina was great! She explained everything, apologized when they needed to speak in Vietnamese (which isn't a big deal to me), then we started my appointment. A few regulars were in there and I was early. She told me the difference between shellac and acrylic and the pros and cons. I thought, "Great! No one ever explained it!" So far, so good. Now off to my pedicure. Now is where it goes downhill...the pedicurist rolled her eyes at my home done pedi (my bad, I can't always get them done at a salon) then she proceeded to tell me it's too hard to take the polish off. Then she tried to upsell me on the extras of a pedicure. No thanks, you already insulted me. Ok, next she launches into, "Eyebrow wax? You need." Uh. Benefit just did mine, I'm good. Ok, she's not done! My face is dry and needs a facial, I have bad skin and she can fix it. Ok, I've had it. I said, "No. I'm here for my pedicure only. Thanks." Ok, end of the pedicure. The end of nail has a dry piece of polish that doesn't look right. "Oh it's your fault. You did your nails before." "Um. No." So Tina comes over and uses her nails and scratches the piece away. Well, now I have to tell Tina that my pinky finger nail is really thick and I'd like it fixed. "Oh, when I look at it like this, it's ok. I'll fix it next time." Sooooo yeah. It's my nail. Anjelah Johnson is right, folks. Oh, I paid $50 for this experience. $25 for my nails, $25 for the pedicure.

I have to give the biggest shoutout to my girl Hailey at Venetian Salon…read more She is actually the second salon I've followed her to--that's how amazing she is! Her attention to detail is unmatched, and she's incredibly skilled. She always knows exactly what I like, even when I can't fully explain it. Every set comes out PERFECT. What really stands out is her patience, precision, and focus. She takes her time and makes sure I leave 100% satisfied every single visit And the salon itself?! So welcoming, super clean, and the staff is genuinely friendly--which honestly is rare to find these days! Plus, the color selection and quality they have... Within five days of this pedicure, it started peeling off literally just melting off when I was in the bathtub. The pedicures at the specific salon are very pricey and I pay extra for gel so that they can last month-to-month. This pedicure was about $80. The girl who did my nails wasn't someone I've had in the past and I think she's newer to the salon. She rushed through my pedicure, and I told her twice that she hit my nail with the UV lamp while it was wet and it probably needed to be fixed, she said no, they're fine and when I left, they were super chunky looking and not right and within a few days, just started melting off, like I said. To top it all off they were rushing people through pedicures like crazy and decided to come drop my armrest on my pedicure chair, dropping my phone and shattering my screen. All she did was hand me my phone and say sorry. Again, I've tried to give this salon the benefit of the doubt because it is very aesthetically pleasing, appears clean and usually the staff is so friendly, but this was just such a chop shop experience and I won't be returning. In response to the message from the owner- I was in the pedicure chair for 50 minutes because I was left there with my hands in a bowl. Not my actual pedicure length I'm sure your footage shows me pointing out the issues with the gel as she brushed me off 2x also. Again, I wasn't looking for you to redo them as I'm aware I waited a couple weeks to make the review but like I said it peeled within days. Why would I come back to a place that gave me such an uncomfortable visit? I'm sure you also saw in the footage your employee moved my phone, and was assisting the lady next to me and adjusting her seat and dropped the phone. Nice spin on the truth though My review remains the same, I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Without warning, he started clipping them off and then used an old artificial nail to pry the remaining acrylic from my natural nail. I was looking down at my phone when I suddenly felt intense pain. When I looked up, my natural nail had been cut open and was bleeding. The technician asked if I was scared. I told him, "No, I'm not scared, I'm in pain." I also explained that this was not the proper way to remove acrylic nails. Instead of stopping, he attempted to continue. At that point, I told him not to touch my nails and that they needed to be soaked off properly. As a licensed cosmetologist and salon owner, I understand professional sanitation and safety procedures. The way my nails were being removed was unacceptable and resulted in an injury. Another staff member eventually took over, but what disappointed me most was that no one apologized for hurting me or acknowledged what had happened. Accidents can happen, but professionalism, concern for the client, and accountability matter. Unfortunately, I did not receive any of those things during my visit.
