Marie gave me her personal cell phone number so I could share specific flowers and colors that I was considering, along with our sympathy card, because there did not appear to be enough room on the card section on her website for our full message. Marie created a beautiful, thoughtful arrangement that accurately reflected the occasion's solemnity. Marie gets top praise for attentive customer service, timely delivery, and understanding of my preferences during difficult times. Marie was willing to incorporate meaningful flowers and colors to personalize the arrangement, making it a fitting tribute to the deceased. I very much appreciated Marie's empathy and care in creating an arrangement for the wake, the church service, the reception after the burial, and the family's home after the services. The flowers did arrive and the arrangement was very pretty. However, the arrangement included some pink roses and, frankly, they were not the freshest. The other flowers in the arrangement were gorgeous. I would definitely order from them again in the future but this transaction was a bit of a disappointment.
