This level of customer service and care is truly rare. It's always a bit nerve-wracking giving your credit card information over the phone--especially for a $550 order--but Marie immediately sent me receipts, photos of the floral arrangement, and images of the gift card receipts and activation codes. I asked about their fruit basket options and he tells me to just look on the website as all the options are on the website. And I told him the website told me to call, which is why I'm calling. And he said well "that's simply not true it's all on the website", which took me aback because I feel like this isn't how to speak to anyone? And also what about elderly people who wanted to place order but didn't know how to use the internet to check "all the options"? We went back and forth a little cause I just wanted to place an order, but he was super rude and condensing. So I asked for his name and rudely told me, why do you need it, and I told him he's being very rude. Then he proceeds to say, well when I answered the phone you were speaking a different language. I was so shocked because I barely have an accent but he concluded I wasn't even speaking English? I'm actually shaking in fear right now because I don't think I've ever had such a bad encounter over the phone. He said I was laughing at him but I was actually about to cry from how mean he was. This place makes it so hard to support small businesses. I would avoid at all costs since they don't seem to want business and are super unhelpful.
