He didn't make us feel rushed to leave which was a relief. Once out side he took some photos of us and then let us in the limo. We didn't ask for champagne but he purchased it for us anyway and offered it to us (we don't drink but would have totally enjoyed it if we do). I always rate companies based on how they do when things go wrong and these guys really missed the…read moremark. We have used them in the past for business events with no troubles but they recommended a stretch limo for a very windy road. Turns out they also use independent contractors and the driver was unknown to them. The driver couldn't make the driveway and we had to walk down the hill. Further, for pick up, the driver was asleep and unreachable. After 30 minutes, we had to get ubers. This is all normal stuff and I was ready to take it but I found the response from the company to be appalling. They were not interested in working with us on a refund and, at one point, had the audacity to say I didn't look hard enough for the car (which I did - nowhere in site). Anyway, given management disinterest in our satisfaction (having booked them many times before), thinking there is a better customer-focused company out there. If something goes wrong, I always want a highly customer focused partner and these guys weren't it.
