The antenna only provided four (4) channels and none were the local programming that I was looking for. It perplexed Mat because he had installed the same type of equipment at a house about five (5) miles as the crow flies from my place and had over thirty (30) stations. He brought a TV from his home that had local stations along with his antenna. His equipment got the same four (4) as I got. He even attached it to a seventy-five (75) foot extension cord to set it up outside the house; the same result. Not here. Both employees I spoke with could not have been more polite and patient. However, the reason I'm writing this revue is because when I went to retreive the computer there arose a misunderstanding regarding the initially quoted price for the service. The end result was that Mark Stroud, VP of Operations for the company, took full responsibility for the problem and handled it in a gracious and completely professional manner. I don't fault them for that, and I appreciate the excellent customer service and communication throughout the process. There was one mishap where they were supposed to have texted me or called to let me know when my laptop was ready instead of emailed, but it's not a big deal. I appreciate it also that the staff were still being safe and wearing masks, plus there were other protocols in place including protective barriers.
