We now have used Veasey Mechanical for both a service call (when our old furnace ceased working)…read moreand for the purchase and installation of our entire HVAC system (A/C, gas furnace, and zone control system). I have nothing but good things to say about them. Their proposal for a "basic" system not only was the lowest, but when I drilled down into the details, I realized i probably was the least basic, as well, as it included a two-stage furnace, and variable-speed air handler, etc., in contrast to the even more expensive proposals from other HVAC companies. Plus, that lower price included not only the standard 10 year parts warrany and limited lifetime warranty on a couple of major components, but also an extended manufacturer's service contract (labor for 10 years). Other vendors had estimated a two or even three day job, but Mr. Veasey told me he thought his company could do it all in a single day. I was skeptical, but by six hours after arrival, our new system had been installed, the software/firmware had been updated, and clean-up and testing had been completed. They also have been great about keeping us informed, and have shown up when they said they would. Highly recommended!

I responded that i have wasted a day when he knew i was in a hurry and could have simply stated that he couldnt get to it this soon and allowed me to find someone else. To which he responded "ok do it yourself then or find someone else good luck." Lastly I said I would not be recommending him and he responded . Again, communication and customer satisfaction is not important to him. While he doesnt work for the customer, they are the ones paying his bills and he needs to recognize that.
