It's definitely NOT a thrift store, it's a small, cozy, curated vintage store. Things are not thrift store priced, and they shouldn't be. The items there are all very good quality and there are so many unique pieces! Though I wasn't in the market for the types of things they carry today, I will definitely be going back there in the future. What a VERY cool place!! It was barely used and was in excellent condition, but for some odd reason the cushion was sinking. I figured, if I got it reupholstered to the color of my choice and had the cushion replaced, it would be good as new. I took to my handy dandy Yelp app and did a search and Mill End popped up. I'm familiar with the shop, since a family member worked there years ago, but I had no clue they did this type of work. I gave them a call and was told to bring in a picture to evaluate the chair because they didn't want me to be without my chair for a long time. Well, I thought bringing in the chair itself would be easier, since I wasn't in a hurry for it. I was greeted by a very knowledgeable staff member who gushed about how beautiful the chair was. She did an evaluation of what would be needed to repair and reupholster it and then showed me the fabrics that were available in the color I selected. They have a large variety of fabrics on-sight in the store, but they do have options that can be ordered. The one I selected was on-sight. We agreed upon the estimated price, I filled out some paperwork and I was out the door. It was literally that quick and simple. Since they have a pretty extensive client list waiting for their projects before me, my estimated date for the chair to be completed was about 2 months or so. To my surprise, I was called about a month later informing me that my chair was ready. I arrived and was extremely pleased with my brand new chair. The workmanship was beautifully done and the cushion they replaced was perfectly placed. They did such a phenomenal job, my parents wanted their chair back. Lol! Not on my watch! Yes, Mill End is a bit pricey, but so worth it! They're truly professionals. I'm planning to get my dinning room chairs reupholstered in the near future, so I made sure to get an estimate while I was there. I'll absolutely be back in the near future.

This store is a bit small and they have a BIG inventory so it's a bit crowded. I see some of the same employees and I do shop frequently and yet I never feel like I am welcomed as a frequent customer in particular. I love the products and will continue to shop there. When I visited this past Saturday and ended up not feeling well the staff was absolutely fantastic and so kind. I was greeted as I walked in the door by Monica, and we chatted about how busy it was because the parking lot was packed! She answered my questions about tax free weekend, and told me about the sales. As I was finishing my shopping trip at the register, I began to feel faint so I asked to sit down for a moment. As I was sitting trying to collect myself, my cashier Riley stayed with me the whole time! She talked with me, reassured me, and brought me water. Monica also came back to check on me. When I was feeling better Riley walked me to the door, to make sure I was alright. I am so grateful for the incredible customer service. Everyone there was so very kind and caring. Whenever I need to shop at Bath and Body Works, this will always be my favorite store. They are the best and I am grateful to them for all of their help!

ADU Annapolis has their own install crew, they dont use subcontractors (one of the reasons I went with them) and their experience was evident from the moment they began working until they were finished. True professionals, which is unfortunately becoming more and more rare these days. The buying process was pleasant and my sales rep Meg was great, quite knowledgeable and very responsive. Smooth process from start to finish. Highly recommended, And they are a multi-generation, family owned business, happy to support them and look forward to buying from them again soon.

Then it didn't fit despite being the same brand and having the salesman look at the space. I was promised some retrofit and that was October. They arranged to have the granite cut 2 inches and now there is a large space that needs trim. Sorry I can't post a photo.
