Lowe's uses local companies in the areas and Lowe's then becomes sort of like the "middle man" at least that's what it felt like. We ran into issues when scheduling the vanity install and it took multiple trips to Lowe's and multiple phone calls to get the appointment. It was a lot of hassle that I prefer not to deal with. I thought going throw Lowe's to schedule install would make things easier, but after that experience, I feel as though it might be easier to purchase what I need from Lowe's and the hire people myself for the install. In the end the installation happened and I'm satisfied with the product but just wish I didn't go through the hassle of it all. Again the Lowe's employees were patient and kind so I really appreciate them.

It took them some time to get to me and get my order because they were doing Morning stretches, meeting, and then all walked away to walk the store. Someone finally came to help me and made sure my pick up was coming. If pick up center opens at 8, complete your daily exercises and meeting before that time. They are important but so is the customer. Their sign says goal is five mins or less. I was in the center for over ten.
