Uber eats menu without peanut butter as an ingredient.
Hannah T.

01.14.2024. Dragon Slayer. 15.50. When I looked at the menu on ubereats, this option was one of the only ones without peanut butter, so I chose this. I was so surprised when I took a sip and tasted peanuts. Luckily, my nut allergy is super mild, but having peanut butter omitted from the online ordering menu is a severe danger to those who have very serious allergies (ubereats had peanut butter as an additional dollar add on. the in person menu did note peanut butter as an ingredient of the smoothie). Thankfully, the worker was super nice and understanding and was able to remake my smoothie without peanut butter. The smoothie was good, but worth going to the hospital for good? I don't think so. I do give props tho for the customer service. The worker said he was messaging the manager about the problem.

Green Goliath Bowl (with added blueberries)

Kind of accidentally found this place while on vacation and I'm glad I did. I enjoyed the Green Goliath Açaí bowl, and I look forward to trying more flavors and their smoothies next time as well. Really friendly and helpful service too.

Original Gangster

The Original Gangster Açaí Bowl was perfect on a hot day, the strawberries, bananas, and blueberries were perfectly ripe and flavorful. Service was friendly and efficient. There's indoor and outdoor covered seating.

Nice sign on the street stopped us cold for an açaí bowl. My daughter ordered a regular açaí bowl from a friendly woman at the counter. Well-lit, clean, with a few indoor and outdoor seating. The strawberries on their bowl were juicy and sweet. The honey on top made it all especially tasty! The açaí itself is a bit runny, but we enjoyed and finished with smiles nevertheless!

They have a sale. Poke bowl was $19.99 , but now $14.99. It was quick. The acai bowl looked amazing. Smoothie too. I got the poke choice of spicy or not). Lots of sesame oil. The brown rice had coconut flavor with chopped up almonds. Now i want to make rice with coconut. Love the nuts.

Brazilian Independence Day early next month would be upon us; so as a way to celebrate, açaí bowls are a perfect way to beat the heat. If you're looking to savor at least one açaí bowl, you should find Bowl'D Açaí in Montgomery of the Financial District. Inside, you'll see several pictures of past memories with customers and staff members alike throughout the city by the Bay. Its decor that modified the kiosk was like you're stepping into the treehouse of the Amazon rainforest. Though I ordered an açaí bowl through contactless payment, I definitely had to savor one energy bowl to show an example of healthy eating. Best wishes for Bowl'D Açaí!

Original Gangster, granola on the side
Diana S.

Stumbled by this place and couldn't resist my love for açaí bowls. I got the first item on the menu, the Original Gangster, with granola on the side since my boyfriend is allergic to nuts. The cashier was very nice and accommodating. The bowl itself tasted good--all the ingredients tasted fresh and they definitely loaded it up with goodies! My only complaint would be that the acai base tasted a little too sour/artificial. I have noticed that that's a common theme in most of the bowls around SF, so it seems like it's hard to get right. This place is definitely better than some other bowls I've had here, so I'll just bump it up to 5 stars since the service was good!

Super tasty açaí bowls and reasonably priced for FiDi. I always stop by during lunch and get a green goliath with blueberries.

It is very nice and clean, the staff was very nice, it taste very good however as you can see I paid $18 + tax and tip for basically half açaí and half granola. This was my first time here. I was very disappointed especially because I had heard a lot of great things about this place. When eating and trying to dig through it all it's all granola and it was frustrating. If I wanted a mouth full I would've gotten a a granola bar. I will try this place again and ask for more acai and less toppings and hopefully they can accommodate. I've been else where, where the worker said it was a rule that she could not add more. I'd give them a try but be specific about the proportions you're looking for.

They explained that the flight includes an espresso shot, espresso shot with milk, hot coffee, and iced coffee. I hadn't had a straight espresso shot before, so this wasn't for me personally just because it was so overpowering. I enjoyed the other three though. Like the majority of SF, parking is difficult to locate. I was dropped off nearby the location. There is indoor and outdoor seating; I was able to grab an empty spot late in the morning on a weekend, but I don't think seating is always readily available. It's not a huge space.

It seems like there's also an upstairs but did not get the chance to check it out. I got an iced latte with their almond macadamia milk, and they're also so nice to do complimentary cold brew! So we got an extra drink for free. Trying the iced latte, it was pretty disappointing lol. I thought it would be similar to like a Hawaiian style latte with macadamia milk, but it was a lot lighter than I thought. It was definitely very nutty, but it also just tasted like water down latte. Honestly not much going on with the drink, but it does taste lighter in general. Crazy have to pay $1.50 more to add on this milk. Overall, its alright. I do like the natural lighting coming into the shop, but nothing too special.

Spacious spot for your work at home needs if you are able to get a spot!…read more I came to coffee shop on a Wednesday afternoon and was able to grab a seat at the communal table to do some work. They do offer WiFi is a great bonus and they have a restroom for customers. There is a couple of 2 person tables, a window side table for solo patrons, a communal table that can seat 6-8, and lots of outdoor seating. I would classify coffee shop as your neighborhood cafe that is great to get some work done and not necessarily a spot with unique drinks. They do have a good selection of pastries for you to try from (unfortunately I was too full prior to try!) I do appreciate that they did have samples for you to try out. Something cool I noticed is that they did have individual mini water pitchers with mini cups for you to take from their sugar/milk station. It's very thoughtful and I appreciate the attention to detail. Not a spot to drive to or add to the list as a must try but if you need a spot to lock in, this is a good choice if you're in the area :)

Scan the qr code to order and they'll bring your drinks/food up to you I thought the food was quite good. The portions and flavors on both were solid for a cafe. Definitely worth getting some food if youre planning on staying for a while. For coffee, i ordered the sohn signature cream top. This was a little underwhelming, as i felt the espresso didnt come through as strongly as i would have liked. The cream top also did not have much flavor which made it feel more like a normal latte than a signature item. Not bad, but not a must have either. Overall will come back. Good vibes, and a solid place to work from. There are some tables upstairs that are right under the AC, so it can be a little breezy

But Katsu is really becoming the new hype of the day for Japanese food, following the Sushi, Ramen, Japanese Curry, Katsu trend. So I came in with a critical view. I feel like Yoshoku in general may be next but I yet again digress. The box sandwich came in a cute little box. The inside was packed so I couldn't get a chance to fully appreciate the cafe, but the service was nice though the pay line may have moved slower than hoped. I'll say this. This is "the" best katsu sando in the bay. The katsu is crispy, but little on the softer side. But this hardness matches perfectly with the absolutely tender, soft, juicy pork wrapped inside. I'm looking at the menu again and it all makes sense. The pork has been in shio koji, making the meat ever so tender while adding the subtle but complicated marinated flavor. The cabbage is plenty, but not over packed to take away from the main Katsu flavor. What really perfects it for me, was not only the sweet and savory katsu sauce, but the mayo with dash of I think a karashi mustard. That slight tingle, the perfect kick gives a powerful awakening of flavor that really sets the it apart. This is art, an artisan. Culinary art is the refuge no raging rampant AI slop "art" can ever hope to touch. Until the day we get some cyborg implant to our brain into gustatory, olfactory functions. Even then, I don't think any tasteless tech bro are hopeless to create anything unique or beautiful.
