You can choose from many ingredients and each bowl is assembled fresh to order. You order on an iPad which takes a minute to choose from all the possible ingredients, the size of the bowl or choose from a preset combination, pay and then wait for your bowl (or smoothie) to be assembled. My best advice is to order in advance because two people hustled with pick up orders, walk ins and online orders. I waited about 25 minutes after adding two custom bowls to the TGTG order that sent me in. Every surface of the small store was immaculate. I looked around and wondered how intense the set up each morning would be, dicing and slicing strawberries, kiwi, mango etc. Palmetto Superfoods is a complex operation and the bowls were (chef's kiss) delicious.

They are also often out of certain ingredients (today the coconut milk syrup, previously GF oatmeal, blueberries, etc). Today there was only one poor person working trying to keep up with a long string of orders. I have never seen the same person here twice, so I imagine there is a lot of turn over. The workers are always very nice but seem frazzled. There is no ambience, it's two chipped benches that used to be white, a do not enter sign and basically nowhere to sit and eat.

Instead of enjoying the convenience we paid for, we had to track down our own order. Based on this experience, I would not recommend paying for delivery. If you're ordering from this restaurant, save your money and pick it up yourself. I paid for a service, but I did not receive what I paid for.
