I couldn't believe it after the torture I received from my cleanings in Denver. And Dr. Hereford's office staff did a great job, too. Teeth felt squeaky clean. Office help is wonderful in handling insurance issues. Lastly, the office is beautiful. Worth the trip just to see the interesting artwork in the Africa-based decor. Each room features lovely items and gives you something to focus on instead of what is going on in your mouth. Best dental experience I have ever had. Would be super wonderful for children.

So we have been looking for a dental service that does dental and dentures. It's not an easy search. The dentist that I researched had bad reviews or too few reviews to be reliable. The dentist I found that had good reviews didn't accept our insurance. Things got desperate when my wife broke her dentures. We happened to be in Owasso when this happened. The first place I came across was Aspen Dental. We stopped and walked in without an appointment. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. We explained The situation with the broken dentures. She took them to the lab tech. Who said they can be repaired that same day. The sad part of this story is they do not accept our insurance. I left the dentures for repairs and left to wait for Aspen to call Informing me that the dentures were ready. I expected them to take a couple of hours to make the repairs. However I got the call in about thirty minutes. The denture repairs were great. I can't say anything about their dental work. All I can say is our experience with dentures repairs without an appointment was five star.

I had an impacted tooth that was causing me so much pain I could not even smile. After the first visit of x-rays and a quick chat with the doctor I knew this was the place for me. Tina was an absolute delight. She knew how nervous I was and reassured me the whole time. After the procedure they allowed me to keep my two wisdom teeth and walked me to the door. Everyone in that office was so kind and just seemed happy to be there helping people. I only wish they could be my primary dentist!! I went in for some crown work and paid the charge as agreed. When the crown needed to be adjusted because it was causing me pain, I went back in and without being told or signing anything I was charged $573 for a 10 minute visit to grind off part of the crown. The work should have been done right in the first place. Also good luck getting ahold of anyone who can talk to you about billing. Hands down the worst dental experience I have ever had and would encourage anyone using this place to reevaluate.

Dr. L recommended that I have some old fillings replaced, including one in particular which shows cracking and leaking. I was shown a pic of the tooth and could see the crack and discoloration. I was not pressured to have this done immediately, but I did see the problem and have no reason to question the recommendation. My hygienist was Matthew and he was great, as was Dr. L.
