On our way to Edmonton, AB I stopped at this store to see if I can rent an OBD2 scanner because my older model OBD2 scanner was outdated and was not working when connected to my vans ECM. I was greeted by a few young gentlemen over the counter and felt welcome to be in their store. I'm surprised that the folks here doesn't act like a KNOW IT ALL MASTER TECH. Anyway, the young man who help me out suggested some OBD2 scanners which are out of my budget of $60 for a simple trouble code retrieval and deletion. Well, instead of him pushing for a sale he explained to me in great details of each device and why it cost more. He also suggested a competition store across the street and stated if they don't have a cheaper device that I am always welcome to comeback to his store. Well, the other store has a cheaper version $54 and I ended up buying it and I erased the trouble code right on the spot. Thanks to the good guys at partsource, you guys are awesome!!! The guy who dealt with me was nice. I asked for the 5w-30 Pennzoil, which is the only brand of oil they carry. They told me my air filter was good, which I knew. They checked my tires for me. There was a moment where it seemed the guy doing the change was having trouble with something and the guy upstairs had to help by pushing on something under my hood. My change cost $56, which is a lot, but it is quality stuff. This is a good place to come for a quick oil change.

Dealt with salesman Russ N. and sales/ finance manager Marco, whom were super help in getting all the paperwork completed within a timely manner. Only had one issue with it all, we had requested and paid a bit extra to get rock chips 3M paint protection and rust undercoating applied to the entirety of the vehicle. From what I have observed, I got a thin film coating on the front hood of the suv and that's about it. Planning on getting under the frame of the car inspected to confirm if the work was done as discussed. Other then that, super thankful for the good folks and Russ/ Marco for accommodating and helping up do all the required paperwork in a few hours.
