They weren't able to take Our mattresses away per the original plan because we were their first delivery of the day so Roger helped us find an alternative solution and Edgar was quick to call the store and get us a refund on the pickup. Unfortunately, we found them to be very uncomfortable as well. They didn't recline very far back and we both nearly slide off of them in the reclining position. Luckily, they have a 14 day return policy and we were able to return both of them.
