We purchased a patio dining table set about two years ago from this location. We chose a set made by Mallen and wanted quality, so we paid for it. Thankfully, it came with a 14-year warranty which we just used after two years of ownership. We also liked the idea that if we ever had an issue, we could work directly with the store to get things fixed. Unfortunately, we had to make a claim (no fault of Today's patio) and they quickly approved our request and sent us new chairs today. The delivery drivers (AJ (Aaron) and Jon) called ahead and showed up on time. They introduced themselves, shook my hand and were very professional. It was quickly determined what was loaded on their truck didn't pass inspection. 3/6 of the chairs arrived with damage so we're hoping the next delivery is better. I have no doubt all will work out since they have been great to work with from the start. read more

Today's patio has excellent quality furniture and fabrics that last. We have been shopping here for goodies since it was called Paddock! We have patio furniture from here that still looks new from over 4 years ago. Customer service is always awesome. In our later years in life we want lasting quality product. I still pick and chose wisely and always shop around to get the best bang for our buck! Some items I love here i wouldn't pay that much for. You just have to pick wisely and watch for sales! They really have added a lot of cool accessories lately as well. read more

I'm so incredibly impressed by the friendly service and professionalism at the Today's Patio store !!! They have THE best prices and most interesting selection of furniture and accessories of ANY of the patio stores we've shopped at !!! We walked in and it felt like an upscale home .... and there was plenty of help on the floor. We actually walked into a competitor's store and waited and waited and NOBODY ever came out to greet us!!! Needless to say, we just finally left ... and will never waste time going there again!!! Kim did a great job helping us select and order the proper pieces of outdoor furniture. Then we had big problems with the city and our HOA over permits and had to shrink our project. When we needed to cancel part of our order, Cory was great. Even though the custom order had already been built, he worked out an arrangement which was more than fair. No, this isn't cheap patio furniture - it's furniture that is meant to last for years. If you shop to catch one of their sales, you can get a discount, & often free delivery. We had our patio umbrella stolen and needed to find a replacement quickly. Due to it being a high end umbrella made from Sunbrella fabric, we were at a lost where to start since Paddock Patio had closed in Glendale. We were referred to Today's Patio by the Paddock Patio located in Scottsdale. We are forever grateful, as this is an upscale store carrying only the finest in quality supplies for your backyard paradise. We were able to find a new umbrella and have it up for a party that afternoon. We returned the next day for a heavier base, and soon found a beautiful propane fire pit, that we had been searching for. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, they allow you to explore, and make you feel welcomed. The delivery crew was professional and let us know several times how much they appreciate our business.
