I had my Amerisleep AS4 mattress for almost two years now and all I can say is that I been sleeping like an angel on it. This mattress sells itself that's how comfortable it is! Also, It's eco-friendly and it's made in US and has one of the best qualities in memory foam. My husband and I went into Amerisleep just to see what was being offered, and we started talking to Albert about our Amerisleep mattress we have at home. We had a 2 and decided to upgrade to a 3 because my husband has problems with his shoulder, and could use a softer mattress than what was needed before. Albert was very straight forward and didn't pressure us to purchase, but he talked to us about all the choices available and gave us time to discuss realizing that we are in a bed at least one-third of our lives. We felt it was a very good decision to upgrade our mattress. Albert told us it might be 2 to 3 weeks to get the new mattress, but to our great surprise, we got the mattress in 1 week! Based on online reviews and my current health needs I went into the Arrowhead Mall Amerisleep location and met with Tabita. Tabita made the entire purchasing experience fun and incredibly easy. Through her thorough knowledge of the Amerisleep products she was able to place me in a A2 Mattress which I am excited to say will arrive delivered at my home. I recently stopped by this place while shopping at Arrowhead mall. Let me just start off by saying their setup is beautiful. Their place has a very clean/modern aesthetic I really appreciated. I ll go as far as saying they remind me of Apple, and I would call this place the Apple of Mattress/home furnishing stores. During my visit, a young lady named Tabita helped me out. She was extremely knowledgeable on her product line and what sets these mattresses apart from the competition. She was also very helpful in trying to find the right mattress for me based on my preferences (soft, firm, etc) and my sleeping position. I was surprised by the quality and feel of the mattresses, as well as by the prices. The mattresses there (which they encourage you to try) were extremely comfortable, and prices were definitely affordable and reasonable, when compared to other mattress stores. Whether you are in the market for a bed or not, going in this store is an experience that Id definitely recommend. Ask for Tabita and im sure she ll take great care of you, as she did me. read more

Seems like a great product. We bought one as we'd tried another no-voc bed that was just too hard. Buying a bed is kinda like Goldilocks and the 3 bears I guess. The very nice and helpful sales girl (she's from Romania so I'm not going to attempt to butcher her name) was great. Answered my questions and wasn't pushy at all. We told her we wanted to buy. The pricing was great as the other bed we bought online was more than double... Of course I didn't mention that in the store! Check them out!!! read more

Stopped in recently while shopping, the store itself and how nice it appeared from the outside prompted our curiosity. The store was very clean, very organized. We were immediately greeted by a very informative representative named Matthew. We were blown away by his knowledge of the mattress industry. One thing to mention, we noticed that there was not an option for financing, & the prices were a bit high for the average buyer or family. My fiancé and I had been talking about purchasing a new mattress for a while. Since our wedding is coming up, we had decided it was time to take the plunge. We had done a lot of research and went to multiple stores and read reviews. We decided to go into Amerisleep and at first sight the store is very inviting and calming. Unlike most mattress stores, it is modern and peaceful and you are not bombarded with an sales associate (which is a huge bonus in my book!). We first met with Walter and he was helping another customer, so we decided to browse the mattress and watch the demos/read descriptions on the tablet. While we did not make our purchase right then and there with Walter, we did come back a few days later. When we returned we met with Ron and discussed pricing and delivery. We determined that buying the adjustable base through Amerisleep was not the best option for us. We did not want to spend the high dollar amount for the base with all the upgrades, but the lesser model was not appealing to us either. We decided to leave the store again without purchasing the bed. Long story short, we found a great deal with the full upgrades, massage, USB plugins adjustable base for less money than Amerisleep basic adjustable base model. After we found the base at another store, we returned and purchased the bed. Ron said we could expect the bed within 2 to 3 weeks, but to our surprise it arrived a few days later. The only complaint I have is the fedex tracking number they provided never gave us any updates, even though we tracked it every day. The box also came in pretty bad shape, it was dirty, had numerous holes in it and large rips, however the mattress was completely fine and not damaged due to being vacuumed sealed with plastic. I would recommend they work with another freight company as Fedex did not impress in my opinion. Also we were promised two *free* bamboo pillows, however only one of those pillows were delivered. All in all the process was very pain free, easy and I would definitely recommend purchasing through Amerisleep. Our AS3 mattress is perfect and we love it even more with our fancy adjustable base! read more

Alfred helped me and my husband (who used to sell beds himself for a small period when he returned as a combat DAV from Mosul Iraq). My husband was impressed with Alfred Snow's knowledge and ability to answer questions in a manner a typical buyer would understand, of course my husband was asking more technical and likely more advanced questions but, even I could grasp and understand Mr. Snow's answers ... He was relaxed and no pressure tactics were employeed during his presentation. It was a lovely change. The price would remain the same so no "special" discount pressures either. Being in sales in the past myself I was VERY IMPRESSED!!! Having moved into HR later and Management positions later in life I very much felt I was in the interview process, not of Mr. Alfred Snow but of the bed(s) and Mr. Snow was their voice. Beds are supposed to last 10 years, that's longer than you probably keep your car, they of course are not financial investments as they, like your new car you keep for 3-5 years deprecate in value, however where people will justify the cost and deprecation of a car, they often over look the benefits of a properly fitting and well made bed, without sleep we are not as productive, thus affecting our potential and health, and alas without health you have great difficulty in daily tasks and can ruin earning opportunities. So, the car gets you only to the job but, the bed (lasting up to 3-5 times longer in years, used more frequently and for longer times, and in terms of maintenance doesn't guzzle gas but requires protective mattress pad, sheets , maybe a blanket or a comforter or duvet set maybe 2 (safe side) with a replacement 10-20 years if it is a baffle box down comforter with a duvet cover over and properly cared for , or and still nowhere near the cost of a car) allows you more return and reward on your investment. Mr. Alfred Snow did not push that narrative on me, it's simply what I learned through working and being born with a chronic hereditary illness. If I had to choose between a perfect bed or a nice car ... bed wins always. Alfred really stuck to the different features, the cost (because I insisted), the accessories (because I insisted) ie. the sheet sets, the duvet set, the pillows, the mandatory matress protector - it keeps the special weave clean, warrantable, and doesn't allow water/liquid damage (have Mr. Alfred Snow demonstrate it for you - it's kinda magical) read more

Last weekend we went to the Amerisleep store in the Arrowhead Town Center and loved the experience. We needed a new mattress but dreaded the experience thinking it would be the same as buying a car with pushy salesmen. It wasn't the case here. The store sales manager Ron was great. He had a really relaxed demeanor and answered all our questions but never pressured us to buy anything. He was professional but very friendly and made us feel we can trust him. It was a very nice store with all the models that we could try out before making our final decision. I did a lot of research online but it's still nice to go into the store and talk to someone live and try out the different mattresses.
