I appreciate that there were no sales pushes. We set up a delivery date and I was called the day before delivery to make sure our prearranged date was still correct. The furniture was delivered on time and the delivery guys ( Justin and Doug) were wonderful. Everything was loaded into the house and placed exactly where I wanted it in each room. The ones that came on it started peeling and I found out it was resin....NOT wood.) I still have the furniture. I still have the original receipt. Unfortunately so much time had passed then (almost 5 years) I didn't pursue the issue. In the decades since, every family member I know that has bought appliances from them had issues. Generally within 2-3 years. Their repair policy is crap. I'm now dealing with my 80 y.o. Mom and JUST got her to quit buying appliances from them. She was going through refrigerators like a kid going through a bowl of M&M's. Never again.
