As a military officer, I do suffer from some back pain from the wear and tear of military life. My last two mattresses - both name brand mattresses - gave me many sleepless and painful nights. After my first night on my Bed in a Box mattress, my back felt better than it had in years. I've had it now a month and can say with confidence that this is the best mattress I have ever owned. Once we walked in Chris greeted us immediately. He was super friendly and listened to my spiel about our situation. I really wanted something bigger and more supportive of my back. I never dreamed we'd be able to afford a mattress from a local store. He had us lie down on his current manufacturer's closeout deal. It just so happened to be exactly what I was looking for! The price was amazing. I went home and looked up the mattress as I knew the brand wasn't cheap (same brand as our beloved old one). I was amazed to find out we had received a 75% discount on an amazing orthopedic mattress! The (free) delivery came from Chris's daughter and her fiancé. They were just as kind as he was and very efficient. It was clear this wasn't their first rodeo. They got our brand new California King mattress setup on our second floor just minutes after arriving.
