But I gave them another chance , I purchased a more expensive model a Tempur-pedic mattress back in October 2025. Fast forward to now the mattress is full of mold , after talking to one of the sales reps there. He informed me that this often happens if the warehouse sprung a leak and the mattress gets wet. They were going to replace it , they even brought a new mattress to my house. But once I informed them that I wanted a refund not an exchange everything changed. All of a sudden it was all my fault. The district manager Cynthia Morales, started to look for excuses asking me if the mattress protector I had on it was from them because suddenly they couldn't find the receipt. Now I have a moldy mattress sitting in my garage which now they refuse to pick up. I'm out a good amount of money and no mattress. I will be contacting " 7 on your side" which they have dealt with this company before for the same thing, a moldy mattress and a Tempur-pedic at that. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau for the second time, I had to do that the first mattress, or they would have just ignored me. I looked for an old school mattress that wasn't a POS in several stores to no avail until I found Dreamland. I bought the Anna. It is exactly what I wanted. It is quite firm but that is a good thing. It sits well with the prospect of holding up for years. Being a softie, I bought a memory foam topper to make it softer. Now it sleeps well and the topper can be changed as needed. It is a cost effective way to go. There are negatives. The shop is hard to find. The hours, especially for an English speaker, are a bit unpredictable. Call ahead. That said, the staff is friendly and they are prompt and predictable in delivery.
