Beware of this store's terrible return policy! I purchased a mattress here, and after realizing it was uncomfortable, I tried to return it. They only allow for one exchange, and after that, you're stuck--even if you spend hundreds or thousands of dollars. All sales are final. Tony was not even willing to give me 50% of my money back. Good morning, I went to this store thinking on purchasing an adjustable base and mattress. The salesperson was very nice and attentive. The only thing I had a problem with was the decor of the store. This place has great pricing for overstock mattresses that other shops can't sell fast enough. Tony sells it to you at a steep cut. That gives it the +2nd star. The customer service and delivery however is abysmal. We ordered a bet and adjustable frame from him that includes delivery. We verified with him if that included moving it up to our bedroom floor on the 3rd floor. He confirmed he can. On delivery day he gave me a text saying he'll arrive between 9-10am. I get a call at 9:28am, he's there. I missed the call and called him back at 9:38am stating that my wife is there waiting. He sounds annoyed. I told him I'm 10mins away and if he needs extra hands, I can help as well. 9:45my wife calls me and told me that Tony just dropped off the bed and 200lb frame in our garage and left. We went into this skeptical, but walked away as very satisfied owners of a new mattress. Tony and his wife run the entire operation as a "Mom and Pop" business, including making deliveries. He was willing to answer any questions we had and was otherwise hands-off as we walked through the warehouse unless we approached him. The opposite of a pushy salesperson, in other words, which we definitely preferred. Tony shared his business model: He buys up overstock mattresses every quarter from several of the major chains and sells them through his warehouse. The mattresses are brand new with full manufacturer warranties, but what you see is what you get - there is no additional stock elsewhere, and new mattresses will only come in once every 3 months. Major credit cards were accepted, no problem. Tony also provided personal delivery a couple days later for only $29 - a bargain. Another small touch: After paying, he had us write our name on the plastic cover of the mattress, so when it was delivered you could see (in your own handwriting) that it was the exact mattress you tried out and chose. We loved this small confidence builder. We ended up with a brand new Tempur-Pedic mattress for exactly $2000 less than what is advertised on their website. We were extra careful to inspect and make sure it wasn't any sort of knockoff, even going so far as to visit another showroom right after to lay on the guaranteed real thing - it was exactly the same. We have also had Tempur-Pedic mattresses for 20 years and are very familiar with their feel, quality, etc. By all indications, this is just a screaming deal that passes all of our tests for potentially being a scam. We can't speak to the overall age of most mattresses in the warehouse, but the model we picked out was only released in Spring 2019, so it's definitely less than a year old. All told, we see very little fault in Tony's business and would recommend it to all our friends. We would happily buy another mattress here again the next time we need one. Thanks, Tony! read more

However, the mattress was delayed (like pretty much everything else) and Tony provided a loaner mattress while we were waiting for the one that we bought.
