Bought this beautyrest black mattress back on 2021, and only last 3 years. yes, it sagged and hurting my back started 2024. it said 10 years warranty, but apparently it doesn't last and warranty said will not cover. called and emailed sleepworld, only to find out it took more than a month just to get inspection scheduled. then after another long wait back and forth, they said this is my fault. it should rotate every month. warranty not covered. -Sales person was very knowledgeable about various mattress makers, but (Roland) continuously talked while we tried several beds. Distracting /interfered with our decision-making process. -Mattresses are "always" on sale. No set price. Sales team earns commissions. -The negotiation stages: They will give you a price that's lower than the sales price on the mattress label. May throw in a free delivery & set up. So...you feel like you are getting a good deal. -Reduced the price on Aireloom pillow from $299 to $99 - was part of the "deal". Pillow in store was smaller and softer. Pillow delivered was king size, very heavy and stiff. -Mattress delivered was MUCH firmer than the model tested in the store. New mattress was uncomfortable to sleep on. -Must wait 30 days from date of purchase before you can make a "onetime" exchange. There is return/ replacement fees. -Difficult to have confidence in what you are buying. Maybe mattresses in the store are softer due to a lot of use? -Experience was like going to a 1980's used car dealership. Sales want to offer deals and close quickly. We were immediately greeted by Colin, and he didn't even give us time to be confused or overwhelmed by their huge selection of mattresses. He asked if we're side/stomach/back sleepers, our budget range, rather we ran hot when we slept. And then he knew exactly what we needed!! Driving by, I am aware some mattress stores carry mattresses heavily sold online, so it was time to see it in person. Coming into the store Brian greeted at the door. He's a very pleasant young man that guided me to various mattresses that further my perspective. I tried different mattresses and the adjustable functions. To me, form and hybrid mattresses have different feel and support. Brian provided pricing for two different mattresses to consider. Although we ultimately found a better price at a different store, I made a point to call Rob to thank him for his time and let him know we had decided to go with another option. However, before I could express our appreciation or recommend him for his professionalism, Rob became unexpectedly emotional and confrontational. His tone was unreasonable, and he had difficulty managing his words and emotions during the call. As a result, I chose to end the conversation and blocked his number due to the negative experience. Unfortunately, less than a month later, Rob contacted me again using a different phone number to "check in." I found this behavior inappropriate and unsettling. His actions have come across as unprofessional, unkind, and erratic for someone in sales. Before arriving to Mancini's in Dublin, I didn't know what to expect. In the past, the beds I had purchased online arrived at my doorstep in a box without trying them out first, in hopes that I would love it and it would last. But boy... was I doing it so wrong. Upon arrival, my boyfriend and I were warmly greeted by Erik and he walked us through the process of falling in love with a new bed. He measured our sleep patterns with a high-tech bed and had us try different beds (and pillows) based on our bodies and sleep preferences. Although they had dozens of beds to choose from on the floor (at different price ranges) and we took our time trying out many of them but we kept going back to the same one. It quickly became very clear which one we wanted. Erik was easy to work with and was very knowledgeable. The entire process was seamless and we were able to do the 0% financing (thankfully), which made us able to afford it at the final price point. The mattress, frame, pillows, and sheets all arrived at the scheduled time we picked and they were able to get bed/frame set up for us. They hauled away our old mattress and frame as well, which made things very simple for us. When the bed arrived it was ever better than I expected. We've slept on it for 2 nights now and I've woken up no longer sore. The cats even love it. Hands down, best purchase I've made. Highly recommend Erik! read more

My wife and I visited Mancini's Sleepworld Dublin looking to replace our five year old Sealy mattress. We were greeted and assisted by the store's friendly salesperson named Erik Hendrickson. After explaining our situation, Erik had us try laying down on a few mattreses so we could get an idea of which mattress we wanted to purchase. We ended up deciding to get a Sealy Queen mattress with a Euro top pillow as well as some cooling sheets. Erik was kind enough to to give us some discounts which helped us with the purchases. The delivery was also great! We live on a third floor apartment with no elevators, and the delivery folks had no issues bringing our new mattress up to us, unpacked it, installed our new mattress and hauled out the old one. Our whole experience was awesome to say the least! We will be coming back to this store for our future bedding needs, and will recommend Manicini's Sleepworld to our friends and family! I had called Rob at Mancini's and was trying to find a comparable bed for my father's current bed which had also been purchased from Mancini's. I explained to him I couldn't nail anything down because of some stressful family circumstances. I called back three weeks later and of course the sale was off. After explaining about the drama, he was nice enough to go back to the company and see if they would honor the price and they did. Rob could have easily try to get us into something way over our budget, but he didn't. He did something incredibly rare in retail these days...he listened to my father and his needs.
