I contacted Jeff Maines who helped us during the purchase. I explained the situation. He was so helpful! He ask me to forward him a couple of pictures that he could send to the manufacturer. We just had the sofa delivered back to us after the issue was corrected. It looks great! I recently purchased a new bed frame with wheels for a mattress I purchased from Christians a few…read moremonths ago. I purchased the frame because the mattress weighs about 200 lbs and is too heavy for me to rotate on my own and figured that getting a frame with wheels might help with the rotation. Well, four days later, the locks don't release on the wheels and I cannot move the bed at all. I contacted the Christians Mattress shop that I bought the frame from. They didn't really have any solution as to how to release the locks on the wheels and wanted to charge me $100 for a service call to come out just to get the locks released. The cost of the frame was already over-priced and now they want another $100 to do as little as they can get away with to fix a problem. I'm sorry, but this frame is only 4 days in use and these jerks are trying to milk a customer for more money just to fix a problem that shouldn't cost anything. The frame should still be under some kind of warranty, but obviously the people at Christians Mattress don't give a shit. They'd rather make money than help a customer. I'll never buy anything Christians Mattress again. They have lost a customer!!!
