I recently purchased a new bed frame with wheels for a mattress I purchased from Christians a few months ago. I purchased the frame because the mattress weighs about 200 lbs and is too heavy for me to rotate on my own and figured that getting a frame with wheels might help with the rotation. Well, four days later, the locks don't release on the wheels and I cannot move the bed at all. I contacted the Christians Mattress shop that I bought the frame from. They didn't really have any solution as to how to release the locks on the wheels and wanted to charge me $100 for a service call to come out just to get the locks released. The cost of the frame was already over-priced and now they want another $100 to do as little as they can get away with to fix a problem. I'm sorry, but this frame is only 4 days in use and these jerks are trying to milk a customer for more money just to fix a problem that shouldn't cost anything. The frame should still be under some kind of warranty, but obviously the people at Christians Mattress don't give a shit. They'd rather make money than help a customer. I'll never buy anything Christians Mattress again. They have lost a customer!!! read more

we purchased an Airloom Glassell mattress in 2021. The ten year warranty is not worth the paper it is printed on. The mattress already has sags and is failing. Christian mattress sent me to the manufacturer to deal with them. They sent out the technician took photos of the failures, only to have Christina send a letter stating they intend to do nothing. I purchased an adjustable bed frame and a mattress (not one that went with the bed) a few months ago at a furniture store. That was a big mistake. The adjustable frame was not very good and the controls were horrible! I decided to spend more money and more purchase the correct setup for me! I had read good reviews about Christian's Xpress. I researched new beds for months - following up on bed brands and types I'd see on TV commercials, stopping into a local long time home store to search - and when I was finally serious, I went to Christian's Mattress Xpress in Paso Robles. I had heard their commercials in the past on a local radio station and I like dealing with locally based companies. I was warmly greeted by Jimmy and Carmen. And, wow, do they know beds!! I knew I wanted an adjustable bed - I even had a Tempur-Pedic model number I had written down, based on my research and being a previous Tempur owner - and Jimmy showed me exactly what I was looking for. I was surprised they had one - actually more than one - on display on the sales floor. Not only did Jimmy show me all the functions of the bed, he had me lay on other beds to make sure of the comfort level - soft, medium, medium hybrid - and I was indeed comfortable with the initial one I was after. Not only were Carmen and Jimmy great to deal with, both being very cordial, with no pressure, it felt like I was dealing with friends. Not only did I buy the bed, I went back the next day to follow up with Carmen on more details about my bed, particularly the Tempur Ergo Power Base, and buy sheets (I purchased a split king, so I needed new sheets). Carmen was like dealing with an old friend - cordial, kind, and it was obvious she is passionate about her work. And knowledgeable. I highly recommend Christian's Mattress Xpress, without hesitation. My husband and I first visited the Paso Robles store in July. We were helped by Carmen. She patiently listened to our wants and needs and led us to a split King adjustable Tempur-pedic bed. Not one to buy on a first visit, my husband wanted to further research options, which we did. We revisited the store about three weeks later and again were helped by Carmen. My husband was not sure the Tempur-pedic was right for him. Very patiently, Carmen addressed all his concerns. I will say he is not an easy customer. BUT, we bought the bed that Carmen recommended on our first visit. The bed was delivered a week later. Set up was perfect. The delivery men were fastidious and professional. They made sure we were happy with the set up, and that we knew how to operate it. Then, yesterday, I saw a TV ad for Christian's Mattress advertising their Labor Day sale. I called Carmen. Within minutes, she processed the sale price for us and credited our credit card. Superb service all the way around!! And, we LOVE our new bed. This company went above and beyond for us. First they put up with my 3 long visits to select a bed. They were so patient and informative- taking the time to help me select the perfect bed. Unfortunately this was during covid. So- the 3 week wait turned into a 6 then 8week wait. But they were so great- calling me almost weekly with updates- giving me a free set of sheets for my purchase as a "thanks for being patient". I had been doing a lot of shopping for a bed and had been disappointed due to the high prices for just a mattress alone, I decided to try Christian mattress express and didn't have to much faith in finding what I needed due to previous experiences with other local shops. I was unimpressed with the customer service at this store. My boyfriend and I went in to shop around and compare prices from The Bed Store, we wandered around and tried a few beds out and were not even acknowledged by the two gentlemen there. Granted, they were with customers. One was at the register making a sale and the other was talking to another couple. I would never expect them to drop what they were doing to help us, but when you actually have questions and are looking to buy a, "Hello, we will be with you in a moment, let us know if you have any questions" goes a long way. The guy at the register looked right at my boyfriend and looked away without a word. We ended up going back to The Bed Store and purchased a bed there, which after reading the yelp reviews on them I am nervous about!! Recently bought a mattress, bed frame and pillow, and I cannot say enough good things about Christian's (I visited the Paso Robles store). I'd done research and thought I knew what I wanted. When I arrived, Keri listened to my thoughts and my sleeping style and asked if I was willing to look at something other than what I thought I wanted. I said sure. The very first mattress she suggested was PERFECT: a Sealy Posturpedic Encourage hybrid. I tried a few others just to be sure but she nailed it on the first try. She tossed in a couple of extras and delivery was free. I had to move my delivery date 3 times and they were very gracious about the changes. The delivery guys were great.
