Cute, intimate place!…read more I've been here a few times, once to watch a friend sing his music on stage, and another today for a birthday/art wall! I believe all of the food is vegan, with many gluten free options as well. They have lots of sweet treats, canned beverages like local ciders and beers, and wine. I haven't had much of their food but I really enjoy the hummus plate!

We haven't had the occasion to visit in maybe a year or two so .. we were definitely overdue! We appreciated the friendly, charming nature of our server and the wide assortment of options to choose from! I'm going to start with the cookies because ...O...M...Goodness, we bought one Ube cookie and one Cardamom. We haven't tasted the Ube yet (we're pacing ourselves lol) but the Cardamom was delicious and soooo soft, even though we didn't try it until a couple of hours later! My wife ordered the Deli Wrap, house deli slices, vegan cheeze, and beautiful micro greens while I ordered two items, a Mock Tuna sandwich made of chickpea salad and vegan mayo as well as their Mushroom Oat Groat soup. I only had a bite of Sandi's wrap but it was delicious and she seemed to love it. The soup I ordered had a really rich delicious mushroom depth about it, very tasty with lots of good veggie bits in there. The Mock Tuna was hearty, filling, very tasty .. and I appreciated that it came with chips and a piece of pineapple and apple. We had visited Mexico a couple of years ago. The vegan options we had while there, they were WAY more fresh and vibrant than what you typically regularly find here in the U.S.. Instead of using stock items like Impossible or Beyond (which I have nothing against, I love both products), the burgers are usually made from scratch using, beans, beets, whatever fresh ingredients you can imagine! The freshness of the ingredients really hits the palette in a big way! So, that was totally my experience at Black Dog today. Our lunch was fresh and vibrant and I left feeling full but not bloated or overwhelmed. On an aside, I appreciate the option to order half a sandwich, that's very helpful to keep gluttony at bay They regularly have all kinds of events there so I recommend checking out their page and plan visit for a fun event, amazing food, and delightful service.

Seeing one of The Beatles on a small stage was just overwhelming. I only wish I was able to have met him... However seeing others from Joan Jett, Little Steve & Disciple's of Soul , STYX & heavy metal artist GREAT WHITE if you can believe that one. No pyro was allowed BTW! It's a seated venue most of the time so show up late. Plus you can get cocktails prior to entering the doors so kick back with a refreshing beverage and listen to the music..

Ticketing process is not via a modern purveyor (Snoqualmie Casino tickets) so you actually have to print paper tickets and bring them. But I did very much appreciate not getting hosed for a ridiculous, greedy ticket fee (if paper tickets=no fee then I'm all for it) Impossible to find out whether cameras are allowed beforehand. I do see some concerts in the past were explicit - "no cameras". This last show, George Thorogood, had no info anywhere on the web, i had to approach security, ask my question, clearly the person didnt really know, but "guessed" no. It would be nice if they would allow it, as I can take pictures with my camera FAR LESS OBTRUSIVELY than the dozens of people in front of me holding up their iPhones the entire time. Security was pretty cool, no hassles. They allow you to bring in your house drink (my wonderful paper water cup), i think they swap you out with a plastic cup if you bring in glassware. There was a bar setup at the end of the foyer there. Seating is fairly easy to find, lots of ushers around who were eager to help you find your seat. Seating here is a drawback; padded folding chairs fastened together, no elbow rests or dividers. While comfortably padded, spacing is very tight given the average american adult. I am 6' 190, and I barely avoid 'spilling over'. I imagine if you're larger, you'll be rubbing elbows. Aisle spacing is very tight as well, so people trying to 'get out' or 'come in' its a tight squeeze even with everyone standing up to allow it. The flat-seating here means if tall people are seated in front of you, you will be blocked (this is exacerbated by the tight aisle spacing). Also, once people in front of you stand, you must stand as well to continue viewing. Sound was terrific, for George it was loud and thunderous. I think its a house system(?). All-in-all, its an 'ok' place for rock shows, by definition thats 3 stars. But i'm kinda waffling, aside from the major drawback of seating and, for me, a personal resentment about the lack of info about yes/no on cameras, I'll go "4 stars".

My daughter went to big star for a few years and did not have a good experience. From my knowledge, the owners children were constantly rude and entitled, and interacting with them I could tell that this was the case. I've seen my daughter cry over some of the things said in the studio by these students. You can tell walking into the studio that there is a very entitled and rude energy. There are good teachers that have good intentions, but the owner is absolutely rude and entitled just like her kids. Do not send your children here. All you'll be doing is spending thousands to put your kids into unneeded drama and a negative environment. For the amount that they preach being kind to one another, those students are incredibly rude.

From day one Tristin, worked with us and provided us with the smoothest planning process. Our wedding was a destination wedding and several accommodations had to be made, but Tristin made the process simple and easy. We wanted a band that would be interactive, engaging, and entertaining for a night to remember. This bands provides all that and more. They have several different costume changes, great sound and entertaining engagement throughout the night. They have choreographed songs and get into the crowd engaging with all the guests. They kept all of our guests on the dance floor all night begging for an encore as they ended. Our guests were even chanting "best band ever". To this day the band is something guests have highlighted from our wedding when they speak of memories from it. I cannot express how amazing they were to work with. Tristin makes sure to take any planning and stress completely off your plate. Overall, the band is truly incredible and will provide the best level of entertainment you will want from a live band at your wedding. They have a great song list and amazing mashups they perform. We are so incredibly happy we chose them for our special day and can't thank them enough for providing such incredible memories for us and our guests

From the very beginning, Tristin was so helpful and accommodating, and made sure that we were involved in every step of the planning process. She was also very responsive to our questions and requests (always answering within 24 hours), and went above and beyond to make sure that our wedding was everything we wanted it to be. On the day of the wedding, the band was even better than we could have imagined. They had so much energy and enthusiasm, and the dance floor was full from 8:30-11pm. Our guests kept raving about the band and asking us how we found them. Their style of singing mashups felt like a DJ - we never once were bored of a song or felt a lull in the room. One of our guests is a professional musician and echoed how impressed he was - it was clear they took the time to practice the songs and flow ahead of time. We would highly recommend The Afterparty Band to anyone looking for a great wedding band. They are professional, talented, and they really know how to make a party!
