My boyfriend and I were looking for a spot to grab a beer after hiking Twin Falls nearby, and came across Mt. Si Pub. It looked exactly like the type of spot that we'd love, and we diiiid! From the outside, this place is very unassuming. Small-ish parking lot. Great views of Mt. Si, obviously. Inside, it's almost like stepping into the log cabin version of a dive bar. Giant rock fireplace, taxidermy on the walls, with dollar bills pinned everywhere. Amazing. If you're looking for a food menu with a ton of options, do not go here. That said, if you like no-frills, reminds-me-of-childhood meals, THIS is the spot. We went with the deli sandwich and the mac n cheese with kielbasa, both of which hit the spot after hiking in the gray, drizzly weather. I noticed they do also have daily food specials - the day we were in, it was cheese and pepperoni pizza. They have fantastic beer options and lots of liquor choices, too. We went with our usual - a Bodhizafa and a shot of tequila with a pickleback (try it, and thank me later). Service was also really great. We arrived right at open, and right after us, the next literally 10 people were all regulars. The bartender knew them all by name and you could tell this is definitely the local hangout. Anytime I'm hiking up in the area, I'll be stopping by Mt. Si Pub after. Highly recommend!

And what about the atmosphere here?! It's so wonderful in summer! With its narrow design giving a sense that an entire wall opens to the outside and the patio that extends beyond, it feels Ike you are vacationing somewhere tropical and beachy. This somehow combines really well with the industrial vibe of the interior. They also have some TV's for sports. The service is very friendly, attentive, interactive, and helpful. One thing that was consistent across my three visits, however, was the feeling that the place is always understaffed, so things tend to move slowly. I'm not sure this is the case, it's just the feel you get when it happens the times you visit. This is a bit of a double-edged sword though, since it's such an easy place to just want to sip and nibble slowly while delving into conversation. So, that's not enough to detract a star for now, and honestly I'm already thinking about when I get to eat here again!

There were fans going everywhere, no a/c in place; I was hesitant to enter and I should have gone with my instincts. It wasn't awful so that we couldn't stand it, so we stayed. We had a very friendly waitress, wish I could remember her name but she was very good. I ordered a peach tea and my husband ordered a cider, I believe it was pineapple and another fruit based. I ordered the Ahi Taco Wrap and my husband ordered the Luna Fish and Chips. My husband's drink arrived with an apology from another server as she poured the wrong drink for him. He was gracious and took it anyway. Out come our plates. I tasted my husbands fish and found it seriously lacking in flavor; nothing great here. Now let's get to my Ahi wrap; I had serious issues with this.This includes tuna, avocado, cilantro lime coleslaw with chipotle aioli and lime on the side. House made chips and salsa were included. The wrap was hugely disappointing. The ratio of tuna to coleslaw was seriously off. 90 percent of this wrap was coleslaw. The chips weren't fresh and the salsa was just ok, had a sweet type of base, which I don't like in my salsa. The lime included was stale and I couldn't get a drop out of this. The chipotle was so so. The coleslaw had no distinctive cilantro lime flavor. This dish was entirely disappointing and priced at 19.95. Never again. My husband's dish had two pieces of fish and was priced at 18.50. So after the cost of the drinks, the meal was over 60. Shame on us for a few things: 1. For not looking closely at the prices 2. And for most importantly, for simply not grabbing a decently priced hot dog at the farmers market. I'm positive this would have been better and a better deal. We will not be back to this place. The only reason I gave this a one star was for the waitress and the peach tea. Seriously.

If the Bar tenders actually put the money for your drinks in the till instead of the tip jar or their pockets it would be a better place to hang out. I don't feel like supporting the white trash bar tenders who are rude and slow. As well as the many health standards broken when the girls stick their hands in your drink to pull out hair or when touching food without gloves. This is a Health Departments wet dream and an owners night mare with all the stealing. No doubt the girls are making bank there. Here's a tip.....no need to tip the bartenders, they tip themselves with your drink money!! Besides the fact that you can stand there until your hair turns grey while the bartenders go outside to sneak drinks and smoke before they serve you. Ahhhh how wonderful is word of mouth....and the complaints going into the health Department....No doubt the kids that get served there are also under age! It's a disaster waiting to happen. read more

If you're looking or meth, heroin or STD's this is the place!! Don't bother attempting to get a drink, its likely not to happen, if you're lucky enough to get "service" stick with the bottled beer as you really don't want to consume their ice... Food? take a peak into their "kictchen" prior to ordering... Up until a few years ago this was a fantastic place to have a great time but the past few years the entire place has gone down hill, a bit to far. read more

Horrible scuzzy place, if you rub up against anything or person in this bar you will get Scabies. My friend went here and had to go to the Doctor and was diagnosed with scabies. Also, registered sex offenders hang out here. Women should be careful who they are talking to at this bar. read more

The locals (including the bartender) make you feel extremely unwelcome. if you arent from snoqualmie dont bother stopping in... they will make you feel like trash and they dont serve food. fuck this bar read more
