He was very accommodating at first, had great communication with me, and was flexible with my schedule. He and Lourdes came to my apartment (he was an hour late), cleaned while my husband and I ran some errands, came back after completion two hours later, did a quick walk-through, gave them cash, and went our separate ways. We didn't realize how filthy the apartment still was until our stickler of a landlord pointed out how the bathroom still had scum, the interior of the oven wasn't even touched, the windows and shutters were riddled with dust, and the carpet was still soiled. (Please refer to the attached pictures to see what services I requested.) The initial quote was for $200 as noted in the attached image and I ended up paying $500 with a $40 tip. I blame myself for being foolish enough to pay that much, but I was more so focused on the convenience as I'm a full-time RN and student that works overtime every week. At the time, I was thankful for Brian being exceptionally accommodating as previously mentioned. But, boy, was I mistaken. I had to hire an additional carpet cleaning service (spent over $200 for Service Tek, who did amazing) and my husband and I spent well over four hours cleaning the apartment in its entirety. Defeats the whole purpose of hiring this team, right? Now here comes the fun part. I initially asked for a refund in which he offered $200 back. He kept putting it off for various reasons and I'd follow up once weekly. I'm remarkably patient, but have had enough. Brian, at first, answered my calls and texts fairly quickly. Now, he's ignoring my texts. I'll spare the details, but if you're interested, screenshots have been uploaded.
