The "manager" was outside smoking when we got there. Keep in mind she was the ONLY employee at the store. When she finally came inside, we told her what we were looking for. Instead of helping, she got on the phone about something completely different. When she got off, she then said she wasn't sure what type of pants we were looking for and stopped helping. When another employee arrived, she took a smoke break THEN decided to see if we needed help. She then suggested to the "manager" that they could order what we needed online and have it shipped. After maybe 3 minutes of being online, she said she couldn't find it and we could come back another day and that she would call us when they found it. Two weeks later, no call It is the worst service we have ever had there, much less a clothing store. Please REHIRE the old people or at least someone with knowledge of the brand. Sadly, we will still need to go back, but will probably try the other location hoping for better service....
