It has a large collection of women's clothings, shoes, accessories like sunglasses and bags. Men's clothing is also there but I didn't find the inventory large enough. The store was mostly tidy. Some employees were busy in tidying up the messy sections, others were helping customers. We found some great deals here, especially on shoes and winter coats/jackets. We bought couple of coats for 50% off and pair of shoe for 30% off. Checkout line was long due to lots of customers, but they had 4 registers open to keep it moving. Over it was nice and easy. I have started to be a regular visitor at Bloomingdale's Outlets because of their quality products on a discounted price. So was really happy to see another one opening in Jersey Garden, after the one in Bergen Town Center.

This location specializes in action figures, statues, retro home consoles, and other keepsakes. As I entered the store, it had the feel of a museum because many items are not available in retail stores. I was especially impressed with the detail of the action figures. The characteristics of each trait are handcrafted perfectly and I can guarantee you will instantly recognize each specific trait. There is a diverse variety of additional merchandise in True Believers. An entire wall is filled Funko Pop! vinyl figures. Although I don't collect any cards, there are many Pokémon trading cards available; they are surprisingly valuable. The video game systems will also keep you entertained. Engage in the Game Boy or neutralize the bad guys with the Nintendo Zapper; now you are playing with power! When you ask them about selling a toy to them, they give you mixed information. One staff member said to contact them on Facebook on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Another staff member said to contact them on Instagram on Monday and Thursday. When you ask them if it would be cash or store credit they say either is fine. They also do not guarantee that your item can be sold to them even though they say that they buy anything and everything. Overall: The staff members should be knowledgeable about their store and the items they buy and sell. For a place that's supposed to be about deals, that was disappointing. Selection overall just didn't wow me -- lots of random racks but nothing that felt like a great find. Honestly, the T.J. Maxx across the street is way better in terms of variety, organization, and actual markdowns. I ended up walking out empty-handed here and finding what I needed over there. This is my first visit in a Primark with a friend/neighbor. I have not shopped at Primark until…read morenow. This retail store sits inside Queens Center Mall in Elmhurst, Queens, NYC which is gargantuan size. I browsed through the many aisles of clothing and noticed the cost-effective budget-friendly as the store's concept. I see women's pants price under $50.00. Oh! I find their summer clothing line to be a lot of linens but very bland lacking color and fashionable style. I find the women's clothing rather very boring. Ergo, I did not purchase any clothing. However, I did purchase one umbrella priced $6.50 which is realistic and reasonable. There are several self-serve checkout registers which are all cashless. Customer service is average, but there is minimal staff as the check-out line moves slowly. Returns/exchanges are at the cash wrap which segue transaction smoothly.
