After paying, we ended up staying about 15 minutes past close finishing our wine, and she didn't rush us. That was so so nice of her and it didn't go unnoticed. I got the white wine flight loved every pour. I thought it was great value. My friends both got red flights and had nothing but good things to say too. Will absolutely be back. I will say the first time we tried to come here was on a Friday night but there was a comedy show we weren't expecting, so we went somewhere else so we could talk. All the wines are made from 100% Texas grown grapes by a Texas native, Randy Hester (from Houston maybe?), who started as an intern at Cakebread Cellars in Napa. You can order by the glass or opt for a tasting. They do a great job catering to your palette and will customize the tasting most of the time. If you're driving to Fredericksburg or Georgetown for your wine membership pick ups, I highly recommend going in for a tasting here. I'd be surprised if you didn't decide to switch. They also have great member events pretty regularly. The atmosphere inside is very relaxed. It's like a little cool oasis (especially during the summer). Really, besides the wine, which speaks for itself, the staff make this place. They're knowledgeable and they all are pretty passionate about the wine. Parking is easy most days and the Yard offers some options for food that you can have brought in to you (or you can grab and bring in) or order a cheese board with your wine.
