Alex was so sweet and greeted us right away, helped answer any questions we had on the menu including narrowing down our options since we wanted EVERYTHING on that menu! We ordered Main Roll, lobster cheese fries and fried lobster rolls and wow... WOW! Fresh lobster meat, whole claw meat on the roll, and the pricing just can't be beat. Less than 10 minutes for all of the food to be made fresh for us (wasn't too busy since we were nearing the end of their time) and he wakes out to us to check on our food and brought us a taste of the garlic Parmesan they use as well for the garlic Parmesan fries and we will have to get those next time. Steak Tippin Food Truck is decorated in black and white cow hide print with a mascot of a smiling cow holding a fork and the slogan "Steak Tips done right". There was only 2 people in line ahead of us, so the wait to order was less than 5 minutes. The lady taking our orders was pretty friendly and our orders were prepared in under 10 minutes. Steak Tippin Food Truck serves Just the Tips for $8, Grilled Cheese & Tips for $9, Philly Cheese Tips for $9, Tips & Shrooms Quesadilla for $9, and the Moo'tine for $12. I got the Steak Tips & Shrooms Quesadilla and it was very tasty, a pretty big portion, and very filling. The steak tips included were pretty big, not too chewy, soft, and well marinated while the Quesadilla was well toasted and super cheesy and tasty. The sautéed mushrooms paired very well in the Quesadilla and is not something you see often in a Quesadilla. I was a little disappointed the Quesadilla did not come with sour cream or guacamole or sautéed onions as is usually traditionally included so I have to take off a star for that. I added some Texas Pete Hot Sauce on to spice it up and it really hit the spot. 9/10 The Moo'tine came with steak tips, Cheese Balls, steak fries, Cheddar Jack cheese, Mozarella cheese, and was drizzled with beef Gravy. The cheese balls were pretty good and of course the steak was good too but I do prefer the cheesiness of the Quesadilla over this. 8/10 I look forward to trying more off their menu in the future or just getting the Quesadilla again!
