I had the chicken club sandwich that has chicken, bacon and cheddar and it was awesome, especially with my addition of mayo, red peppers, onions, avocado and spicy mustard. The bread is fresh and toasted using the type of roll through toaster that some may remember Quiznos used to use. With the addition of a bag of any of the chip selection, or a side of chili (also extremely good) and you are bound to leave with a potbelly! Give them a try. While walking the rows of booths we were getting hungry, I did see somewhere they were selling Philly cheese steaks, I dismissed it like really a Philly from a food truck and calling it a Philly also. But as I was walking the isles I caught a view of one of those cheese steaks and wow...I could see it was prepared with a proper Amoroso roll too. Okay, I got to check this joint out and glad we did. We ordered a large to split with fries. Perhaps one of the best in the area. Roll was fresh and steak done just right with cheese and onions. I will tell you this, if your ever at an event and see this truck, make it a point to stop and try it out. If you never had a cheese steak from Philly, this will be as close as your gonna get. Unfortunately, after my most recent experience, I won't be returning. I stopped in around 3:00 p.m. and was happy to see it wasn't busy. I went to the deli counter, waited for someone to serve me, ordered my chicken salad, grabbed a soda and chips, and headed to the open register. As I walked up, the cashier called another customer over ahead of me. I waited while he spent several minutes deciding whether to pay cash or by card because of the 4% card fee. I continued standing there with my three items, to the point that I actually set them down and debated walking out. Then, instead of helping me, the cashier motioned for an entire family to come to the registereven though I had been standing there waiting before they arrived. After that, she waved over another customer, and I had to wait while a mother and her two teenagers decided which desserts they wanted. Again, I stood there patiently. When it was finally my turn, there was no greeting, no "thank you for waiting," nothing. The first thing I was asked was, "Do you have a pickup order?" I said no. She then motioned for my chicken salad container, saying she needed it. I placed it on the scale and set my other items on the counter. The cashier then asked, "Are you okay?" I simply shook my head because, honestly, I wasn't. Instead of recognizing why I was frustrated, she continued talking, making comments, and escalating the interaction rather than simply ringing me up. At that point, I asked, "Do you want to argue? Do you want me to go back and forth with you?" I then asked who the manager was. She pointed to a woman beside her, who identified herself as the owner. I asked if she could ring me up instead. Even then, the cashier continued making comments. It was only after she continued engaging me that my voice became louder in response. Rather than addressing the repeated comments from her employee or asking what had happened, the owner immediately said, "Do not raise your voice at my employee." That response was disappointing. There was no concern for the customer experience, no apology for repeatedly being skipped in line, and no attempt to resolve the situation. There was also no acknowledgment that the interaction had been escalated by the cashier's continued remarks before I ever raised my voice. The irony is that I have spent a significant amount of money catering from Frankie's Deli over the years because my customers love the food. Good food will bring people in once. Great customer service keeps them coming back. Sadly, this experience ended that relationship for me. There are plenty of places with great food, but respect and customer service matter just as much. One final thought: this is Florida not NY. Hospitality goes a long way. The aggressive, dismissive attitude I experienced isn't what I expect when supporting a local business. I won't be back.

It is amazing to see small businesses stay in business for so long. That is really telling to the product and the service. I loved the old school feel of the establishment. Everything now a days is so modern and rigid, but not this place. You really feel like you are thrown back in time. There was plenty of seating inside and outside. It also had a drive-thru. Upon entering, we were greeted right away by the 2 young workers behind the counter. I had been craving a rainbow sprinkle ice cream cone so badly. I ordered a waffle cone with vanilla soft serve ice cream covered in rainbow sprinkles. It was so good. The cone tasted fresh and cracked nicely so you know it was not stale. My mom ordered a scoop of ice cream in a cup and she also gave it rave reviews. Many people visited while we were inside enjoying our ice cream so you know its the place to be for dessert!

They're using a New York-built wood-fired oven with a rotating turntable, so the pizza is constantly moving while it cooks, and you can taste the difference. The cheese melts evenly, the edges get that beautiful fire-kissed char, and the whole pie has that true fire-roasted flavor. The experience inside was just as good as the food. The restaurant is extremely clean, there's a ton of space (great for families or groups), and the staff was super friendly. They took time to talk with me and shared the Brandon location opened in 2018, and that they had to complete special training/certifications to even qualify to buy and operate that oven. You can tell it's a family-run business with real pride and passion behind what they're doing. Even the pizza box is a cool touch--nice branding and attention to detail.
