WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! This company was subcontracted through my home builder to install…read moremy air units in my new home. They installed them and did not register my units with Lennox for their extended warranty. After speaking with their company I was informed that they do register them for the extended warranty but that sometimes 1 or 2 may slip through the cracks that don't get registered. I'm guessing to them that it is no big deal to have such gross negligence in the way they operate their business and the policies they have. We were never informed by them or our home builder that our units had not been registered. We never given any paperwork letting us know we needed to register them. Anyhow fast forward 5 years and about 2 months later when my coil goes out on my unit and I contact the company to get a warranty replacement. After going back and forth with them that they are liable and it is their responsibility they have a new coil sent to the Lennox parts store in town. However the local company in town that is installing my unit informs me that I need 2 additional parts that have to be replaced anytime a coil is replaced. All Temp decided not to tell me about those parts or have those parts sent to the Lennox store. After numerous phone calls 1 of the 2 parts is finally sent to the Lennox store. I email and call requesting a meeting with the owner or higher up manager and am informed no meeting is necessary that they aren't responsible for anything. Since then I have emailed and called over a dozen times and have had no one return my calls or emails to schedule a face to face meeting. Not to mention All Temp offered to do the repair themselves and only charge me for the labor and refrigerant. The price they quoted me was 3 times higher than the price the licensed company here in town offered me. When the company here in town did the repair they informed me of parts that had been left off that shouldn't have been when All Temp initially installed my unit. This company has poor customer service and was in no hurry to help me get the issue of my replacement part resolved. Instead they took almost a week to get anything done even after my numerous times informing them I had 3 children and 2 dogs at home in my house that was over 85 degrees. That was a very unsafe and bordering on dangerous situation for my children and pets and All Temp took their sweet time trying to correct their mistake. This is an excellent way for a company to treat their military veterans and families. I have contacted a lawyer and will be taking them to court!!!

He explained it to me and quoted me a cost. The impressive part of the story was that the temperature had been in the mid 70s for a week but it was predicted that the day after Thanksgiving it would drop dramatically. Ed Lever asked if he could install the new circuit board at 4 o'clock on the night before Thanksgiving! My family was pleased at his concern for me. Also, I'm new to the south and my first year here I noticed that the air conditioner would not shut off. Ed was here within two hours only to tell me that because of the steady heat outside my unit could not keep up but there was nothing wrong with system. He didn't charge me because apparently that was part of my service contract. That impressed me! A great business ethic.

When Sunrise Electrical started their work, I requested from them a list of everything they needed to repair so that I could give the list to my attorney and have some proof of the incorrect work done by the previous company. Sunrise Electrical told me they would be glad to help us out by creating that list. After the work had been done, I paid them what was owed and waited for the corrections list. After not receiving anything from Sunrise Electrical, I contacted them and was told a story that unfortunately the person from Sunrise Electrical had to be sent out of the country for a while. To me that sounds a little fishy. One of the main reasons I decided to go with Sunrise Electrical is because they said they would help me out and it would be no problem writing a list of the corrections. And because Sunrise Electrical promised to do me a favor and then backed out after they were paid, I am giving them a 1 star for poor customer service. I would highly recommend finding another company that stays true to their word. "All you have in business is your reputation, so it's very important that you keep your word."

This past Wednesday the leak test was done. Freon has leaked into the pan. I was told the coil would be ordered and they would call with a time to replace. I called this morning to follow up on repair and was advised the local Lennox dealer has a shortage. The owner said he was working on it and would call me around lunch time. I called on a Thursday to schedule routine maintenance on our units. By Friday night our downstairs unit decided to go crazy! I was able to text to se if I could be seen sooner and they came out then next day. Ryan drew a diagram to explain the unit, service in attic and how it works. From there he explained what he suspects is my issue and the plan. He was able to "bandaid" my issue and will be back this week to do an official leak test. Mack Heating & Cooling installed our system in 2016 and we have always had great service until recently. I paid for the Yearly Service Agreement in 2023. A technician visited on 02/07/2023 and did everything except he was "unable to run heat mode at this time." It was noted on the invoice the technician "Will need to stop back by to verify refrigerant levels and initiate defrost mode" they never did! Honestly I forget all about until I received a call from MACK, I wanted to check my records so I let it go to voice mail. A week later (03/29/2024) Mack called again asking if I wanted to renew the yearly service agreement and when I pointed out that they never returned to complete the previous service call all she said was "That's on us". She made no mention of sending a tech out, only asking if I wanted to renew the yearly service agreement. She repeated "That's on us" several times but never tried to resolve the issue. Invoice Number 13140-1 Edited to reply to response ... Yes you did call and leave voice mail messages. They were to see if I wanted to renew the yearly service agreement. No one ever called to schedule the return visit to "verify refrigerant levels and initiate defrost mode" ... and you still haven't completed the service for which I already paid you to do!
