I am in my mid 30s and at this age I do not want a student practicing on my face. This is my personal preference especially as I'm trying to hold off on Botox for as long as possible. If it wasn't for Khadejah I would have left at the transition; I will say the location is wonderful, staff is extremely friendly and the building is very very clean. I for one really do love my facials and get compliments all the time on my skin but it's only because I go and see Khadejah M. Khadejah's attention to detail, client care, and expertise- is by far the BEST and I would follow her anywhere. I cannot recommend Khadejah enough. My skin and my areas of concerned have been eased based on the program and skin regiment Khadejah has set me up for success. I do recommend and highly recommend Khadejah.

My blood was not spun correctly and was mixed with the red blood cells. My scalp was so sore and this $1100 procedure caused more inflammation to my scalp which is the exact opposite of the goal of PRP. I know three sessions should've been done so that was my fault. I only did one, but thankfully, I didn't waste any more money.

I hadn't a had a facial in years, I was looking forward to this. Earlier in the day while grocery shopping, either my wallet was stolen or I misplaced it. I knew that they had this no show policy where they charge you if you don't come. So I called and told them what happened, that I had no way to pay, considering it was Sunday and there weren't any banks open. I was willing to come in and have the facial (I wasn't technically no showing) I just couldn't pay them at that moment. I was stuck, I had no idea what to do. Then they have the audacity to ask if I could borrow the money from someone!!!!!!!!!!!! Um no, I am a grown woman, I'm not going to go ask a family member to loan me money for a facial. The girl says, "ok well I'm going to talk to my manager about the circumstances and I'll get back with you". It is now five days later (no call from anyone) and guess what comes across on my account. A 59.00 charge for no showing. Actually now that I'm sitting here thinking of it, I gave them my card information when I made the appointment so I wouldn't be bothered having to stop at the desk after a relaxing facial. In addition to finishing my last few laser hair removal sessions, I've also continued seeing Maria for some electrolysis, and another IPL laser procedure used to lighten a very dark birthmark that's been an annoyance to me since I was a kid. Despite the fact that all of these things involve some degree of discomfort (as the quote goes, "beauty is pain"), Maria and her staff really make the experience as pleasant as possible. They are so friendly, and make the whole visit as comfortable as they can. I always know exactly what she is doing in the procedure, and throughout she keeps frequent tabs on how I am feeling and making sure the pain level is not too much. She is sensitive to not only how it feels at the time, but to how my skin reacts in the days after. After my first electolysis session, my skin was red and bumpy for a few days afterwards. When I told her this, she easily adjusted some settings for my second session, and my skin was back to normal much quicker that time. It's very clear she knows what she's doing. I love that I always feel like their attention is 100% on me - before, during, and after my visit. The treatments really are customized to each client's individual hair color and skin type. You'll feel like you are getting worked on by a friend - only a friend who is super knowledgable and highly trained in her field.
