Here it is April 12, with no updates on my order, the last info posted was April 9 and nothing since. Called CCS Medical and they said that wasn't there problem that shipment has not arrived. I did call two weeks ago to see if they could ship it a little earlier , the answer was to do with insurance and some other crap they could come up with. They did not ship early. They are relentless when it comes to ordering and payment, but customer service lacks customer service and listening to your needs . When I did call I got my call back two (2) days later, Bad customer service. Bottom line , They Suck.

This store is conveniently located on 4th Street N with ample parking. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I only had a photo and an item number so I had zero clue what I was looking for. The checkout process was quick and simple. Unfortunately, they are only open M-F from 8-5 PM. Being that this is a retail store, it would be nice if they were open during one of the weekend days. Also, be aware that their retail prices are quite a bit higher than those you can find online. But hey, support local and it is all about convenience, right?

Whenever I visit my family I usually have to stop at this CVS because any time I'm in the area…read morevisiting, I am attacked by allergies. This location is very easy to find with more than enough parking in the front but it tends to fill up if the surroundings places are busy. The staff is always friendly and any time I have walked through the door I'm immediately greeted which always makes me feel welcomed that I am here. The workers are very knowledgeable and have walked me around the store a couple times, helping me look for the medicine I need. The prices here are reasonable, in line with all other pharmacy stores in the area so I don't feel like I'm spending more than need be. They have a wide variety of sodas, chips, candies and many little trinkets to buy as well. I love looking around at the end caps because they usually have some funny "as seen on TV" products that I want to impulse buy. It never takes me longer than I need to here because the staff is fast and friendly with what they do and I'm usually in and out before I know it! I will continue to stop by this location for as long as it is standing!

I did get through to Zoe, in Customer Service, and she assured me that they will send a FedEx return label, and mother in law's insurance will be reimbursed. First Stop's number is 833-501-0664, but you have to call during business hours, 9-5 EST, or they will transfer you to a full message box and automatic hang up. My mother in law received a call and thought it was Medicare calling to check in on her. She does have some back and leg pain so it didn't seem out of the ordinary for someone to be checking in. They got her information and sent her a box of various leg and back braces. We recently received a bill showing that they charged $1000+ for each brace, bringing our out of pocket expense to $750! I tried to call the company at the number provided and the mailbox is full. This is a total scam and luckily Medicare was able to open a fraud claim against First Stop Medical Supply. There is a spot in hell reserved for people who take advantage of elderly people.
