A break in occurred in February which 11 units were broken into. (Mine was one of them) I lost alot of irreplaceable stuff, including stuff from my deceased mother! Instead of doing something about it, they just sit back, kick it and relax! No improvement whatsoever! They red locked the unit because the lock was cut off. Took them literally forever to change it, then the combination didn't work. Fast forward almost 6 months later and I still can't get into the unit!!! Avoid this place like your life depends on it!

They finished early enough to start loading the truck that day and came back the following day to finish loading. They arrived earlier than expected in Connecticut the following morning and unloaded very quickly. Furniture was positioned and reassembled as we wanted and boxes were placed in the correct locations. Amazing work! Nothing was lost. Nothing was broken. Despite the careful protection, there were minor scuff marks on a couple of pieces, but nothing worth trying to repair. On time, under budget, and in good order. It doesn't get better than that.
